Mi esposa y yo compramos unos pasajes para puerto rico y de puerto rico hacia Colombia pues debido a un problema de salud no pudimos viajar pues fuimos a costamar travel para cambiar la fecha para otro dia y para sorpresa de nosotrs la persona que nos vendio los pasajes ella es de Bolivia nos dijo que no podia cambiarlos y no podia darnos una devolution pues nos fuimos para nuestra casa y mi esposa Llano a American airlines y explico el porque no viajamos y American airlines nos reembolso el dinero de los pasajes despues llamo a Southwest y tambien nos devolvieron el dinero pues la Jovan que nos vendors los pasajes la primera ves nos dijo que no habia devolution. La persona que nos vendors los pasajes parece que no tiene muchos Conocimientos pues perdition 2 clientes que viajamos de 2 a 3 veces al ano eso es todo. Gracias por nada Luis Pinero

Yo separé unos boletos de barco y avión en agosto me cancelaron el crucero en octubre y cada vez que llamo a esa agencia y me comunico con la persona que me reservo los boletos me dice dentro de 3semanas luego que tengo que esperar 4samanas y la última vez que la llamé 8 semanas más. Cuando una agencia de viaje según la ley tiene has 21 día para devolver el dinero yo me arrepiento una y mil veces de haber separado esos boletos en esa agencia pero voy a ir por la ley. No se la recomiendo ni a mí peor enemigo.
