Upon entering the main grounds of the modular home property you are greeted by lush trees & ample parking, On & off the street as well as handicapped accessibility. The lott size varies upon your needs. Each street is kept clean and homeowners keep up their spaces to give the sense of home. Vacancies are for both rental or owner with just the Lott lease. Please find time to discover what maybe your vacation home or permanent resident. You know by the smiles on people's faces & the friendly reception that love lives here.

Lived in this park for over a year(just moved last week). We had been having electrical issues and thought it was inside the trailer BUT it wasn't. The last electrician we hired figured out it was the main breaker in the pedestal (the parks responsibility). It was shorting out and sparking. When brought to the manager(Rachel) attention she claimed it wasn't their responsibility because it was our fault. We had mini splits professionally installed, But the problem had been happening even before we had purchased the trailer. She tried to say the mini splits were over loading the breaker even though the electrician said they weren't. She said he wasn't the parks electrician so he wasn't correct. So today we hired "their" electrician who said the exact same thing. He actually was upset that he hadn't already been called out to inspect it. This is a huge fire Hazzard. Now they want an explanation on why we are entitled to a refund for the electrician. My husband asked for emails so he can do a group email between lenny(district manager), rachel(manager), as well as corporate to ensure transparency throughout all the conversations. Rachel told him she has nothing to do with it and because we moved out he has no business with her or the park AND SHE BLOCKED HIM! He can no longer call the office or her work line. The whole ordeal has been ridiculous! The final straw is beyond unprofessional. Corporate really needs to look into the actions of the manager and district manager. If I could leave a less than 1 star i absolutely would. Steer clear of this place if at all possible.

Very sad place!!! The manager Rachel sits around talking about other residents business! Very unprofessional and down right filthy place. Drugs, drugs and more drugs! Also...no way to reach the corporate office to speak to anyone about unresolved issues, there are many.

Beware of the high lot rent. There are many drug addicts walking around all day and night. Watch your belongings. Use to be a great place for families.

Nice place, just don't like the way people speed through the park, there are children living there, someone is going to hit a child if they don't slow down.

Haven't been to Globe in awhile, but went through there with the hopes that they had cleaned up with the new owners..... I know they had a challenge ahead of them but still disappointed with what I saw.
