Stayed because of the bad weather and the place seemed nice when we first arrived.. then we got to looking and the walls were cracked bad and just crumbling away. The sheets were very scratchy. The wifi was awful. The blow dryer in the bathroom was taken apart and cracked all on the plug in box (that plugs into the outlet). We seen two roaches. And the sink was 100% stopped up. When we used the toilet plunger to try and get it unstuck.. cigarette butts came up outta the sink! Yuck! (This is a non smoking room)
The next morning we go to check out and ask for our deposit, because we didn't smoke in the room, took all of our trash to the dumpster, picked up our towels, and even made the beds back up.. we still didn't get our deposit back! Because when we left the drunk house keeper came in before we walked out and proceeds to tell us about how she had been partying all morning next door to us and was holding a lit cigarette in the room!!! I asked her to put it out and went to the front desk and told them about it. They told me she barely works there because she works under the table! Because of her drinking!!! They were very rude to us and said no deposit back and now won't answer the business phone when we call about the money. I do not recommend this place to stay. Not worth the headache. Pay the extra money and go somewhere nice!!

The staff are very friendly! The rooms left a lot to be desired. Carpet needed vacuumed. The carpet was sticky. The tile bathroom was gritty. The shower door was goopy looking. We had ants and it’s barely getting warm out. The outside is well kept tho. There was a dog next door and it barked insistently the last 4 hrs of our stay. The bed sat crooked even with no one on it. I would say the owners are trying but they need to invest a bit more into it. But again, very nice staff!!

If I could give a negative number I would! I just called to see if they have a room available for tonight and tomorrow. The idiot on the phone asked if I wanted smoking. I said no I have to have a nonsmoking room. He says well we charge a 50 dollar deposit on a nonsmoking room! What the heck? I just said nonsmoking is a must!!! I’d NEVER pay for that nonsense!! Good way to run customers off! He sure did with us!!

The front desk woman was helpful and she was friendly. She was quick to find us a room that fit our needs. She was also helpful throughout the night when we asked for ice and the WiFi code.

The room was good... The AC blew very cold air and cooled the room very quick. The room didn't smell terrible but it didn't smell great; the smell eventually faded after we turned the AC on. The room had everything we needed; cups, rags, towels, microwave and fridge. The beds we're firm and comfortable; pillows decent, blankets comfortable and the sheets were clean. The lighting fit the vibe and atmosphere of the room.

The only two issues we had we're the bugs behind the window curtains and the toilet wasn't too clean. But it was nothing that we couldn't take care of ourselves.

I'll definitely stay here again because it's like a home away from home.

After a 9 hour drive, stopped in. First room I tried, I didn't care for the room scent...but was given a room closer to the front #15...and was happy with the smell of the room, the function of the air conditioning, the nice brick wall, the clean room, MANY MANY cable station choices, a refrigerator & microwave in room ....all for a glorious price. It was just what I needed for a good night's sleep. Recommended for the price and what you get! For the type of motel category it resides in---it's a great value. Front desk clerk (woman) was very courteous and helpful. I say "A Step Back In Time" because the style of the motel reminds me of another era.

Only stayed a night while scoping the region out for long-term rentals. Glad I did not rent a full week. Daily rental was fair, but when the manager quoted me a weekly rate of $224 I balked.
The rooms were clean and well maintained. Only the most basic amenities here. No micro/fridge. No wifi. The same old shower-stall I have been accustomed to from discount motels below the $200/week range. But at least they did have hot water. Smoking rooms available.
I was a bit concerned discovering that the motel only rents to guests 21 and over. In spite of being flattered to verify my age at 32 I feel bad for anyone needing lodging that is under 21. Maybe they think if you are under 21 you will be irresponsible? Seemed kind of discriminatory to me and I hope it does not become commonplace to deny America's youth a place to sleep.

Very friendly. I got into town and to the motel about 215 am. Let me do a late check out at 1 pm the next afternoon. It's very much appreciated. Each room has it's own entrance. Microwave and fridge in room. Very clean. Highly recommend. Super affordable.

Very nice motel. Had 2 beds, 2 chairs to sit in & a desk & chair. Plenty of spaces to store your items. This is the second time I have stayed here. The staff are friendly also.
