Horrible facility, they DO NOT want to help. Your better off going ANYWHERE else. The wouldn't help me because (and I quote) "Your not uncomfortable enough for us to help you." And that was after a 2 min video call from some person they said was a doctor, after I had been there for 5 hours. I showed up at 5am they didn't tell me that till 10am after I filled out paper work, 2 piss tests, and several long conversations with the people working in the facility. Not to mention they are very unorganized, the place is dirty, there's several trash bags full of old clothes in the seats in the lobby, the staff are only there for a paycheck, its highly impersonal and felt like I was burdening them by asking them to do their job. If you can get into any other place I would suggest it.

What a really awful experience this place just made me dislike Delaware more than I ever thought I could It didn’t feel like one professional work there and the place was a cool ice cold and if you’re really lucky you get to sleep on a cot and if possible a blanket would be given to be cautious the psychiatrist at Beebe hospital made a decision for me to go, there’s nothing in my system my world with simply falling apart haven’t been in this place it’s still is. Dank and dark. I can’t tell you how much I wish left over after this experience

This place is absolutely horrible. The staff is horrible and very unprofessional. Unfortunately I’m new to De and don’t know if any other clinics to go to or I would, so I’m stuck going here. I dread going here everyday. When you walk in your welcomed by the most miserable, rude person ever. It’s literally like your bothering her for her doing her job. The staff does not obeyed by any privacy and just shots out your personal information in front of everyone. This place is a joke and should be shut down

IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING GOING TO THIS FACILITY TAKE THE TIME TO READ THIS PLEASE. It took the doctor two months to see me to adjust my dose when I initially got there withdrawing from xanax and suboxone. The second time he refused to see me 4 mos later is when I tried to let his supervisor or someone know so that he doesnt do it to someone else and cause them to relapse and potentially die, dr luu got mad and decided to make it so that no one could fix my dose and he refused to even see me. Despite me being only 130 lbs and 5'5 in height, my BP was 146/91 and I was dehydrated, not keeping food down. Nothing. Even in full withdraw he wouldnt help and neither would the nurses that were nice before that day they all suddenly turned ignorant and spiteful. In fear of them doing more things in a retaliatory manner I stopped pursuing it because they started making it really hard for me to get the help I needed. Fortunately I believe whole heartedly God sees all things and will take care of it in his own way. Do not get addicted to the methadone or suboxone if you arent already it is sooo hard to get off of thats why they put us on it. I would not reccomend this place unless you know the laws and are up to date on your rights as a patient, I had a rude awakening when I thought i could trust those people to have my best interest in mind and would never treat me like a junkie whose life didn't matter but that's exactly what they did. Then when u file a grievance they all go crazy. I have PTSD and had multiple anxiety attacks during this time and I contacted my counselorand left her minimum of two voicemails and called her like 5 times and 4 days later she still hasnt returned my calls. GOD BLESS AND WATCH OVER ANYONE WHO HAS THIS DISEASE AND IS AT THE MERCY OF THESE PEOPLE AT THIS CORPORATION

Detoxing at the Harrington connections is tough. It's not a place anybody wants to be but there are some good people he work there he really care and want to help. You have to want to get clean pretty bad. it's better than trying to detox on your own without anything to help you get through it.

WORST REHAB IVE EVER SEEN.!!!!!I've personally seen RN s doing drugs in the parking. Corporate was notified and did nothing. They were closed recently and instead of helping clients transfer to Brandywine counseling they broke their agreement and lied to clients saying b.w. wasn't excepting anyone, lies. There is currently a class action lawsuit loaming over csp(Harrington). if you're looking for addiction treatment and therapy ,CSP is the last place that should be on your list. Counselors who are required by federal mandates to council once a month do not. There is no oversight ,none that is enforced. Lamant &$#@+ site manager for the building was notified proof provided and nothing investigation no response. If you're looking for drug rehabilitation connections CSP is not that I'm surprised they're still open for business. If you need help with addiction please consider any place but this Dr french in Milford is taking patient's.
