This hotel is in very good shape (recently renovated), the rooms are very clean, it has cameras everywhere, and the staff are cool and don't put up with trouble. It's a good place to stay. I was pleasantly surprised and highly recommend it.

We booked a friend into this hotel with a check in late in the evening. We were greeted by Sam at the front desk and she was so helpful and kind. We needed help booking an extra night and she took wonderful care of us. She's wonderful and we really enjoyed meeting her. Thanks Sam!

Decent room for the price. Upon checking in I was informed there would be a 100$ deposit which I was not aware of prior. Its now been a day later and I still haven't received the 100$ deposit back. Also the wifi kept losing connection every 10 minutes or so. I think customers should be made aware of a deposit prior to paying for the room.

This was the worst experience. The guy at the desk was beyond inappropriate. He kept commenting on my appearance and asking if I was alone. Then asked me to hangout at the front desk later that night. My friend and I leave to get food and come back and the door wouldn’t latch. I have her wait while I go to get him. Meanwhile he is coming towards us like “oh your door won’t lock “ and conveniently had been watching us on the camera and had a screwdriver in his pocket to fix the lock. That night we come in with food, set the food down and a huge cockroach runs across the food. No one staying there was surprise when I told others as I was leaving. We left and the health dept and city both went and violated them for the roaches. Then they tell me they will refund me in up to 5 business days. I call corporate and turns out no one even filed the refund. He lied. They tell me it’s up to him!!! How when all this happened and we didn’t even get to stay there?! I had to get the bank involved and turn in the complaints to get my money back. I will never stay in Choice hotels again. They handled this terrible

I will never even get to check in because there charging me twice as much as the room for a cash deposit so my room was 65$. Because I am a platinum member but I have to pay 150.00 in cash on top of the 65.00 we with no other options to pay. Of course the room is non refundable. No option of putting it on a card. NOTHING. IM VERY UPSET. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL. HIGHWAY ROBBERY!!!

Overall, the hotel and rooms were nice. The front staff personnel were friendly. They allowed my Mom and I to stay on the first floor although that floor is mainly reserved for people with pets. The hotel charges a $100 incidental fee which was a surprise! The breakfast lacked a good selection and the cereal was horrible! Meat was pork. Eggs lacked flavor. Waffles (original & blueberry) were delicious. Need other menu options. Not impressed with the breakfast! The lobby couch pillows could use some new pillows as they were all squished up. Rooms were nice. Beds comfortable. Didn’t care for the sink being outside the bathroom but oh well.

Very very disrespectful front desk lady … cussed at me with argued with me told me I have never stayed at this hotel before when I have definitely stayed in passed was mad that I didn’t say hi as when she walked back in which I said hi when I first seen her.. she didn’t know how to check me in.. hung up on my cooperate lodging rep when they tried reaching out to this property.. my interactions started with her on phone when I tried to make reservation she told me I can’t that I have to walk in… and that she is new I was like ok whatever…. So I made a reservation through our company and arrived at property it was before 3pm when got here I’m a diamond choice member sometimes u can check in early she said room wasn’t ready should be another half hour said ok left waited in my truck… come back in 250pm said hi she asked for my id I showed it to her she takes it outa my hand , then she said I don’t have a reservation , gave her both the clc and the choice conformation numbers still couldn’t find it then asks for the last 4 of my member number I looked at the card in front of her read it off still doesn’t work. She said I have to wait for the next front desk agent to start. This lady checks me in all while the young lady is complaining arguing saying she asked for clc card which didn’t said never stayed here ever. She wouldn’t give me her name hung up on aloud lodging company again..
