This was a true treat! Captain Mike was excellent and clearly loves what he does. This is his own private company and he does it wonderfully. Would absolutely do it again! He had waters and a cooler for our drinks too!

I have been meaning to leave a review. But it’s better late than never. It’s coming up to six years since I proposed to my wife. (We are happily married going into our fifth year.) We never stop talking about the beautiful sail boat and unforgettable experience Michael provided.

Funny story about that day! I was able to pop the question right before we encountered an unpredictable storm 😅. Michael was professional, great and kept us safe! I highly recommend this company! We plan to schedule another charter in the near future!

I had a delightful afternoon with Captain Mike on his 36 foot boat! The weather was beautiful, and the views were fantastic! The pick-up location was easy to find as well, and walkable from the Hotel I work at downtown.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Come Sailing for their professionalism, safety, cleanliness of boat (very well kept - my first hint that this is a quality operation), and knowledge + friendliness of Captain Mike. I used to teach sailing, but Chicago sailing rentals have dried up; so, when I wanted to take some friends on the lake, I had to hire a charter. I found Come Sailing online and am so pleased that I went with them. A couple of friends were nervous because it was a very windy day (small craft advisory warning by the time we finished), but Capt. Mike instilled confidence in all of us - he was on time, gave a safety review before we set sail, and set a course (and sails) that was appropriate for the wind and for the people he had on board. I definitely recommend Come Sailing and Capt. Mike for a fun experience on beautiful Lake Michigan. Thank you, Captain Mike! 🙂

Great fun. Worth every penny. Views of Chicago you can't see except from the water. Get to see and feel how a real sailboat works. Don't waste money and time on the "Tall Sailboat gimmick" do this instead for sure. Capt. Michael was a great guy and answered so many questions about sailing and Chicago history.

We went out last night with captain Mike who was extremely accommodating and had a pristinely maintained boat. The prices were extremely reasonable and because we went out Saturday night we got to see the fireworks. Mike got us as close as he could to the fireworks to give us front row seats. It was a very memorable experience and we will return for another trip hopefully with Mike!

Had an amazing time sailing with Captain Mike. Great boat and Capt Mike went out of his way to make sure we all had a great time. He definitely knows the best places to see fireworks and/or air and water show. Will be going back for another cruise.
