Went for a birthday sleepover for my daughter and a few friends. Everyone had a blast, it was very accommodating and the staff was super friendly. Will definitely plan another stay. The bed are comfortable, the room was very spacious and w the water pressure in the shower was absolutely fantastic

The hotel was very clean and so was our room. The housekeers that were still cleaning different rooms when we arrived were very friendly and helpful with our questions about |where things were located in town. Also loved having the hot tub room. Very satisfied! We will be staying again most definitely!!!

Upon arrival, I told the gentleman at the front desk that I would like to pay in cash the next morning. He said that should not be a problem but when I went to go pay the next morning they said they don't accept cash. The hot tub was down. I received a call from the manager letting me know before I checked in which was nice. Other than that my stay was amazing. The hotel was clean and quiet. Being right downtown it was close to all shopping, gas stations,
and restaurants.

Very clean room, great customer service, easy booking.
We had an issue with a hair dryer. Maintenance came right away and brought a replacement. Great service!
While the hotel could use a few updates, I'd stay there again.
Again, very clean!
I was pleasantly surprised at a midweek breakfast!

I have to say the staff is great! Jade did it all at breakfast. Went the extra mile and made a fresh pot of coffee a the end with a smile! |We’ve been going the last few years for events at Ripon College. It needs just a little tlc…. |Maybe a little sprucing up.

Positive: size of the room, comfort of the bed, great breakfast choices, location, quiet environment, receptionists were attentive and pleasant Negative: bottom of the tub in the bathroom could be scrubbed betteralso jets and filters in hot tub (jacuzzi) in the room could be cleaned betterbut everything else was very clean!remote control for TV could use newer batteries

Staff was nice arcade room small pool room is ok small fitness area breakfast if u wake up and don't forget but over priced honestly Airbnb would probably be better seeing it cost 160 for maybe 21 hours
