Steve and I joined a mother and daughter on our tour with John. We made 3 stops: The Sedona Beer Company, Outlaw Barbecue, and Uptown Vault. Every morsel was delicious! I purchased a shirt at the brewery. Outlaw served a large pulled pork sandwich & ribs. No one could finish it all. Very tasty! The Uptown Vault served a wonderful salad and beautiful cocktails as well lovely tacos.

I was blindly looking for some traveling information about our trip to Sedona when I called the number for Cobalt Escapes and was fortunately connected to John. John was a life saver. He took over and gave wonderful advice on the tours we were registered to take. He advised us what his recommendations would be and not be. I took his advice, and they were spot on. He also recommended a Grand Canyon tour that was wonderful. He provided restaurant information in the Grand Canyon that I would have known nothing about. He also helped us plan our itinerary. Can't say enough about how helpful and knowledgeable John was. So glad I found him and would definitely use him again and recommend him to friends.

Our family tour to the Grand Canyon was
ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE . We were a group of ten, ranging in age from eight to seventy-four and each and every one of us was just blown away by our experiences that day . Our guide and driver John amazed us with his wealth of knowledge and was so patient in answering every question any of us had, and especially from the kids some of those questions were definitely a bit wild and crazy . The lunch at El Tovar was truly exceptional, from the food choices that pleased everyone (not an easy task) to the ambience and service. And I highly doubt any of us will ever forget the magic of having wine and cheese as the sun set over the Grand Canyon. In between we were taken to some of the most breathtaking views any of us had ever seen.
Thank you so very much for all of your kind assistance in setting all of this up, again to a person we all agreed that John gave us a day we will never forget.

It was a blast from beginning to end. Good food on the trip. Great rapids. Such cool hikes. Waterfall. Cliff jumping. Joey and TJ were great boat guides. All in all, a really solid trip! We had the good fortune of having John Sagas of Cobalt Escapes create a personal excursion for us, including a private horseback ride, a wine tasting, picnic, and vineyard tour with John of DAVines Vineyard. The responsive, safe, smart, well-cared-for horses were perfect companions, and our guide, Katy, of Horsin' Around Adventures was knowledgeable and patient and gave us lots of leeway in our route and pace during the ride. As we dismounted after the beautiful ride, John met us with glasses of wine, and we enjoyed a great selection of reds, a nicely curated charcuterie board, and a delicious lunch. John was a genial, fun host and we thoroughly enjoyed his presentation of wines for our tasting. The winemaker from DAVines Vineyards joined us with more wine and fascinating information about viniculture in the area and his own vineyard story. The wine was surprising in its depth and complexity, and we left with a bottle, and have just ordered a case!
