We are so very glad we chose to reach out to Leah, as she created a once-in-a-lifetime dream-come-true itinerary of amazing adventures in Italy for our family. It is clear she loves what she does and has vast experience in expert travel design. She digs deep to get to know her clientele's wishes, likes, dislikes, and is a rare good listener. No clue how she does what she does, but we'll never travel without Leah as our adviser from now on.

My husband and I had an amazing experience with our travel advisor Danielle Koch. She helped us identify a hotel that best met our needs for our honeymoon, especially in the midst of Covid-19 and travel restrictions. She ensured that the experience was once in a lifetime. Danielle made sure that we had champagne in our room, as well as a handwritten congratulatory note upon arrival. We were upgraded upon arrival to one of the resort's nicest suites, and the trip was above and beyond anything we could have imagined! I haven't used a travel agent since I can't remember, but all I can say is I have been missing out on a lot. Danielle was AMAZING. She wound up saving me thousands of dollars at the four seasons, and we wound up with the suite with the best view. I won't hesitate to contact her for my next vacation and neither should you.

They took a $2100 deposit from me on an all inclusive cruise. After they charged my credit card, they sent me a list of all the extras that they never told me about: up charges for meals on the ship, land day tours that run as much as $500 a day, etc. Bait and switch is the way I see it. The worst part was their claim that the deposit is non-refundable. I'm disputing the charge. Don't do business with these people; they are ripoff artists.
