Way over priced. Or the lady just didn't want to rent to us when we had all the money to pay and we're freezing on that freezy rainy night from out of town . That was the only hotel where a human was available we thought yes thank goodness but thought to soon because she made it impossible for us to get a room. She wanted 400 for the room and 400 for deposit but wanted it all in the card .would not let us pay anything in cash. We were left to sleep in our car with no heater no blankets no bathroom. Humans need to become more humane

My only complaint was that the bed wasn't too comfy. It's very bouncy, though. There was homeless guy wandering the parking lot at night, so we were a little worried our vehicle may get broken into. Other than that, it was good. I would stay here again. Staff are very friendly and super accommodating.

Dirty rude and way overpriced . To the front desk: don’t lie to customers it is really unprofessional just fyi dude! And how about updating your fixtures ? Never been soo disgusted- can’t get anyone to answer at front desk for nothing- would like refund but nobody there?

My cousin came from out of state flew in rented a car and headed to Cloverdale Wine Country Inn where she had a reservation for 2 weeks. When she arrived it was 11:30 p.m. and even though the website states they have 24-hour check-in service nobody was in the office it was closed and the lights were off. She knocked and knocked, at this time it's now quarter to midnight. They knew she was coming and yet nobody received her. After a long day she was exhausted and called me at near midnight. I explained to her to go to Motel 8 at the south end of town and hopefully somebody would be there to receive her so she could get some rest. When she explained to the customer service rep there they claimed this happens all of the time. I want other folks to know what might happen to them. This is not acceptable. The on-site employee is named Oscar. When my relative called in the morning to see what happened he dismissed her complaint and was quite "sweetly" rude. The general manager Sue Patel needs to know what's going on and has been going on for quite some time apparently from the numerous responses I got on Facebook's Cloverdale community page. Others have had the same issue when they've had family members come to visit. No one is in the lobby to receive them and nobody answers the door after repeated knocking. The receiving person is taking advantage of their position by not being available to nighttime travelers. I hope somebody reads this with the power to fix this issue. My cousin has been coming here for years and has never had this problem before when Sue Patel was running the hotel. Now Oscar is in charge of hotel reservations and being quite lackadaisical in his duties.

Stayed here for a local wedding. Not many local choices. The majority of out of town guest were here. There was no place to sit around and visit. There was only
Coffee for breakfast. The rooms were expensive for what you got. I would have stayed at a national chain and just driven in, if I had it to do again

Great location just a short walk to the central downtown plaza, storefronts and restaurants. The wide-paved sidewalks adorned with water fountains and raised beds of flora feature the eclectic artistic sculptures for which Cloverdale is known.If walking, driving or riding Cloverdale's free shuttle, you are within minutes of the downtown area, plethora of hiking trails, The Russian River Park, grocery stores and more. A clean and simple no frills inn, more as an upscale motel, it is competitive in price if booked online and features amenities where one might alternatively choose to spend a quiet and peaceful day inclusive to the Inn, enjoying a peaceful respite, sunbathing at the pool and then chilling in the sauna and Jacuzzi.

Positive: location Negative: Their website is misleading. Some of the amenities listed are not available. When brought to the attention of the staff they were apologetic and said that it had not been updated for a long time.

Pay for a room to sleep in a truck,
2:30am it's now 6am

Banged on night window,
