The young man at the front desk was awesome. We felt welcome and he gave us all the information we needed. It looks like an old building but renovated. We stayed in the suites with a whirlpool for one night. Our room was extremely clean, and the jet tub was so nice to relax after a long drive. We enjoyed the drinks and food at the bar. And a great location for traveling I-40!

I was greeted promptly. I was hoping to get a room with easy access because I have a ton of luggage. My room was not only on the first floor, but it was in the best location possible thanks to Melanie. Not only did I get great service, but I was also convinced to have a bite to eat. Thank you, Melanie for the great recommendation. Keep up the awesome work. ?
PS kudos to the staff. My room was super clean.

Positive: Just an overnight stay, room was clean, cool, there is a restaurant/bar on premises. Good food, good service. Did not swim in the pool but it looked really nice and they were out there cleaning the very next morning. Nice breakfast buffet. Negative: Nothing

The worst ever.
Rooms smell like animals, drug deals next door to our room and parking lot.our 1st room the door would not lock,moved us to other side of building. She said oh you have a better view in this room,you can see a pool that is underneath a cover. Breakfast was day old,I swear.
Do not stop here.
Oh and dry country, yet the entire town is at the restaurant/bar at hotel.

My husband and I have been coming to the Clarion Inn and Suites for about 6-7 years. We usually try to come at least twice a year if not more. We came this year for our 27th Anniversary like we always do and it was wonderful, we had a jacuzzi room for the first time, we usually get a suite because you just can't beat the price of it and it's always quiet, i love the pool!! Well, anyway we stayed in August from 8-4-24 to 8-6 -24, we have never had a problem and always enjoyed our time here, but this time was different. The first thing we saw a dead roach near the jacuzzi tub, didn't really think to much about it. We went on with our day and when we got into the jacuzzi just to soak, well when we got out my husband pointed to all this hair in the tub and it looked like pubic hair. So needless to say we didn't use the jacuzzi tub again. So, we were going to shower, well the shower did not look like it had been cleaned and there L a dead fly in it. So, no shower either!! Well the second night I couldn't sleep and had gone into the living room to sit bc I didn't want to wake my husband, but also the TV didn't work in the living room. So I was leaning to music on my phone and I saw a cockroach crawling across the carpet. I snapped a couple of pics of it and wrote an e-mail to the property manager and sent the pictures of the live roach to them as well. I never got a response on all these things that went wrong for us on our get away trip, we had just lost my Mom-in-law and we were trying to have some fun to get out of the grieving all the time and thought coming to our favorite hotel to go to our favorite place Mt. Nebo wild do the trick! We left there so angry and sad about how our room was so disappointing!! We paid nearly $350. for 2 nights and had such a horrible stay. Well, since I can't get there attention with my email, I thought I would share my very last trip to Clarion Inn and Suites with everyone, so you don't get screwed out of your money and waste it on an incompetent cleaning department. I also asked one of the house keepers for a make-up wipe and she immediately while I'm asking and she is already shaking her head no to me, then after I finished she said they were out of them, I only wanted the make-up wipe so I wouldn't get my make -up on there white sheets, but after that reaction I really didn't care about there white sheets.

The water temperature in the tub would only go to lukewarm. And they double charged me on an incidental hold, which they did fix after I pointed it out and showed them my credit card site. Needed swept and the people above us were noisy. Plus inexpensive and bed ok.

Really good, budget friendly hotel. Staff is always friendly and helpful when required. Rooms might be a little dusty in the corners, but linens are clean, beds comfy and nice hot showers. The pool is largest I have seen in the area. Minutes away from all waterfalls, hiking and Ozarks. Plenty of good dining options in town and right off I-40. Only bar for miles around on property.

Nice family run motel. It's an older property, but it's very clean and well maintained. Nick was nice to deal with. I had a car breakdown and was stuck in Russellville for the night. Very surprisingly the 1970's ish lobby bar was GREAT. The bartender was super nice, friendly, and the steak that I had for dinner was actually GREAT. (And I'm picky). 8 draughts and a steak dinner with loaded backed potato and salad , tab for all $49.90
