Alexis and the entire ownership team were outstanding. This is really a great family owned type hotel of property. When I needed a service in my room, they were very prompt and courteous in providing it. Everyone at the front desk was very kind and courteous. I will be staying again in the future. This is a larger acreage wooded property and they have a family of deer that are can be seen regularly. The bagels are very fresh.

I cannot say enough good things about Alexis and Rachel! In a time of no heat, they went above and beyond to get me and my infant into a warm, comfortable room. They were so kind, understanding, and accommodating. Their professionalism and compassion truly made a stressful situation much easier. Thank you for providing such excellent service!

When you stay here you are not overwhelmed by excess amenities, but if you pay attention to what's going on you appreciate that what they provide is exactly what you need. Someone very insightful decides how to serve their clients most effectively. Although I did not mean at all in that way, what I just said might sound like a backhanded compliment. So, let's leave any question of not praising Circle behind to discuss their staff. They are excellent. Courteous, hardworking, and able. They are working to make sure you have been happy with the hotel.

My husband and I just stayed at the Circle Hotel Fairfield and had an exceptional experience. The rooms were clean and spacious and the beds, pillows, and bedding were super comfortable.

However, the service is what really stands out. My husband left his Apple headphones in the room. He noticed he left them about an hour after checking out. We called the hotel and Alexis was so helpful in finding them. She let us know right away they were safe in their office and even boxed the headphones up and sent it to UPS! All we had to do was email a shipping label and she took care of the rest!

We will definitely return and highely recommend.

I wish we had a better experience here, but there were a couple of things that really affected our ability to have a restful stay. We called ahead and informed of a late check-in: no problem, they said. When we arrived, the front door was locked and we could not reach anybody on the doorbell or telephone for over 30 minutes at 1:30am. The receptionist offered us a late check out but that doesn’t exactly make up for lost sleep when it’s late and you’re on a fixed schedule.

The room itself was very clean and comfortable. The next morning instead of a leisurely start, we were awoken by blaring intermittent fire alarms. There was no fire, just a fault in the system that caused the fire dept to show up and us to pack up and leave much more hastily than we would’ve preferred. Again, the room was nice, but not sure I’d stay here again given these issues.

Check-in was fast, and the receptionist was very polite. Breakfast was good. The room was great size, comfortable beds, the only thing that I found weird was there is not a phone in the room to call the reception. I understand that we could use our phone, but it should have a phone for emergency. I don't know the regulations in the USA.
The checkout was fast. Didn't appreciate it that the pool was late to be open. I understand that Sundays are less staff, but sincerely, that is no client problem 😅

Decent location and affordable for the area but that doesn’t necessarily mean it’s fair. I noticed the buildings rooms that open to the outside the bottom, small rectangular windows are nearly impossible to close as they are old and have an old hinge system. That is a big safety concern for me.

Front end staff was helpful enough but there were hairs in my bathroom when I arrived as well a beer bottle top from a previous guest.

This hotel is a gem! Recently refreshed facilities - clean, bright and pleasant. Next to the Circle Dinner and shops of every kind! Highly recommend Craft 260 Brew Pub across the street as well for evening dining. Nice neighborhood to walk for getting steps in and close to the beach.
