Chill Catering was incredible! I searched a ton of places for a lobster bake for my wife’s 50th birthday, and Chill crushed it. They are reasonably priced, there was a ton of food, and everyone at the party raved about it! I will absolutely go right back to them for our next party.

With a hospitality background rooted in New York City, we were a bit apprehensive in what we would find outside of the Tri-state. We were in search of something unique and practical. That’s when we discovered Chill Catering, and what set them apart was their exceptional offering: a Roasted Whole Pig, something no other venue provided. In choosing them, we were truly rewarded beyond expectations.

From the tasting session and follow-up emails to the day of our wedding, every aspect was meticulously handled. The food was nothing short of delicious—every flavor perfectly crafted. The service was impeccable, with the bartenders and front-of-the-house-staff anticipating our every need with professionalism and poise. Jessica Kimball, in particular, deserves special recognition. Her dedication to excellence and attention to detail went above and beyond; she was the true MVP of our event.

I recently had the pleasure of attending a clam bake hosted by Chill Catering at Lake Winnipesaukee, and I must say it was an unforgettable experience. From start to finish, the event was flawlessly executed, leaving a lasting impression on everyone in attendance. The food provided by Chill Catering was nothing short of spectacular. The star of the show was the lobster. It was evident that Chill Catering pays meticulous attention to sourcing top-quality ingredients.

Accompanying the seafood were delectable side dishes that perfectly complemented the main course. The cornbread was moist and fluffy, with a hint of sweetness that added a delightful contrast to the savory seafood. The chowder was rich and creamy, packed with generous portions of clams that brought a satisfying depth of flavor. The coleslaw was crisp and refreshing, providing a cool contrast to the warm seafood feast. And let's not forget the corn on the cob, cooked to perfection and bursting with natural sweetness.

We used Chill for appetizers and desserts at my daughter’s wedding as she already had a unique plan for dinner. From the very beginning it was clear that Megan would be wonderful to work with. Not only did she immediately get the look and taste that we wanted, her enthusiasm was wonderful! We picked a number of items from her menu but also made some special requests which she easily accommodated. The selection of cheeses was fabulous as was the Ahi tuna, chicken skewers and meatballs, apple crumble bars (which were individually wrapped with a lovely gold sticker making for an easy takeaway, too ) and, of course, the candied bacon! Beautifully presented charcuterie displays truly added to the experience. Everything was fresh and delicious and we truly could not have been more thrilled with the outcome.

Chill Catering was amazing!!! The food was scrumptious and staff was so accommodating. They were quick with service and a smile. We ordered clams, mussels, full lobsters, corn on the cob, cornbread, Cole slaw and clam chowder and WOW!?! It was amazing. Chill Catering thought of everything
They brought lemon wedges, melted butter, butter and salt and pepper for the corn, oyster crackers, lobster cracker/ openers, wipes and lobster forks. They had EXTRA lobsters after all 35 of us ate and brought them over to any who wanted another!! They also left us with the rest of the sides. I would highly highly recommend. 2 servers in a buffet style was perfect for 35 people. Thank you!!!

Chill catering went above and beyond my expectations! Working with Scott was a breeze , he was so friendly, communicative, and accommodating. We were planning a clambake for 35 people and he helped us make sure we had the perfect amount of food (for seafood lovers and not!) and helped us make edits to our menu throughout the process. We are all from new england and thought the food was so good, high quality and fresh. The portions were also huge!! The staff that came to our event (at Lake Winnipesauke) were so nice and accommodating. They brought all their gear down flights of stairs to set up by the lake for us and our group loved them! We loved everything about chill catering and would use them again in a heart beat!

On January 2, 2022 I held a baby shower for my daughter in law at this venue. We had a wonderful experience ! Scott who helped me with everything of the planning was great!! He helped me plan the menu and made it all happen as planned. He was very prompt at responding to my messages. When I arrived to decorate the room was ready to go. The food was wonderful. The price was incredibly good!!
A very good time was had by all. !
