They had cute signs. My chicken salad, southern style, melted cheese, on a croissant was very good. The broccoli salad was perfect and you get a small cookie. Service was friendly. You order at the counter first. Going to go back and try something different.

Don’t go to this location! I came here 3 times and each time was worse than the next. I went over my order 2xs and once handed my drive thru order was completely wrong! Left got home and still wrong! Don’t waste your hard worked money at this loc!! Asked for no tomatoes paid for extra bacon and side bowl of potato soup! 0/10!! The soup was complete water and my croissant was soggy from the watery turkey . My other family meals were wrong and just a mess asked for no pickles and each container had pickle all over

I’m only leaving five stars due to the great customer service I received from a young man named stormy after me and my daughter came in and a young girl with glasses was very rude and disrespectful to me at the register it was very uncalled for, but stormy stepped in and took our order was very polite and patient after I was upset with the service I was getting from that young lady I will only be returning there due to his service and would only for him to take my order.You did a great job tonight and I just want you to know that. And I want everybody to know that stormy is the man you should go see here at chicken salad chick on Butler point professional polite, and kind will recommend him to all of my friends. Live this place and the salads, I usually get the sassy scotty cuz I like bacon and cheese. So happy they are opening one 2 blocks from home in Roosevelt Square shopping center. Will be going at least once a week instead of when I can get across town.

I got the classic Carol and it was delicious! I got it toasted with tomato and lettuce. I tried the broccoli salad which was great as well. It has broccoli, cheese and bacon with a dressing on it. They also give you a pickle and cookie with “The chick” order. Will definitely be back!

My first time in, I wasn't sure what I was doing but a nice lady behind the counter walked me thru it giving recommendations. Restaurants don't know how key this is to retaining future customers. Now I'm in there at least twice a week. (I think they put something addictive in the good 😊) Good food, friendly staff, great place to eat.
