They cancelled our booking due to the weather, although it was windy all day, but he. They called 10 minutes before the appointed time when I was already on my way to them, why couldn't they have informed me in advance, I spent time and money to come to them, the manager at the front desk didn't even apologize, a good attitude towards people! Guys, you ruined my vacation

I'm so incredibly glad that I had an opportunity to do this!! It was all super simple. No hassle no wait. The helicopter are spacious and clean. The pilot was super friendly and informative. I loved the experience. Don't be afraid of the wind you can't feel it up there. The chopper is super stable

Well organized, just a great experience!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Booked via the internet just a few hours before the actual flight, which was no problem at all.

The ride was about 15 minutes, we had great weather and an awesome view. The pilot, called Bill afair, told us a lot of stuff, which was quite interesting.

The only negative point was, that those 15 minutes were over too fast.

We splurged and bought the holiday lights tour for our 2 older children for Christmas. We decided to do an earlier time slot so we could make it home before our baby needed to go to bed. I do wish we had done a later time because I imagine the holiday lights would be more plentiful later, but I don't regret doing it one bit. Every member of the staff was SO nice and helpful. Outside when we arrived we stood a bit away from the gate watching a helicopter land and a staff member came by the gate and told us we were welcome to watch closer to the gate or wait inside. Inside the front desk staff members were cheerful and genuine and VERY nice to my kids. The waiting area was really nice and had all sorts of interesting things to look at and keep us entertained. Before we went out to the helicopter the boarding crew happily and knowledgeably answered my 10 year olds multiple questions. The pilot (Matt) was the type of pilot who makes it look and seem REALLY easy. I barely even noticed we were flying! The noise cancelling headphones were impressive and I liked that they played music (but wish the music had been more kid friendly). The views were incredible, the pilot was knowledgeable, and the flight from takeoff to landing was smooth. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and I would happily do it again!

It was unforgettable experience, but only 20 min. We purchased this though Groupon so champagne and photos was included in the price but they didn't offer it. Flight 5 stars but service should be better.

This was a wonderful, organized experience. The pilot is kind and knowledgeable along with the rest of the staff. Pretty pricey for the time you're in the air but everything in Chicago is expensive. Definitely worth doing at least once for the night time view.

Had a great experience and super nice staff. The pilot was very knowledgeable and has a great music Playlist. The views that you get are amazing. Honestly, I didn't want to get off the helicopter. It's amazing on what you can cover in 15 min. Defitnetly book your flight

Boy oh boy from the pleasant Paul whom I met & signed up with at the Pier, to the amazing staff going the extra mile to ensure safety, the pilot and truly the best shuttle driver ever! It was worth every penny. First time doing a helicopter ride and whenever I come back, I'll be sure to try them again.

Everything is very expensive in Chicago but this was the best deal yet entertainment wise. The waiting area is very clean and even had uno, jenga and bean toss to play while you wait. The cool free lockers were safe and convenient. Bathroom was clean and stocked with plenty of toiletries.

If you've never been or want to go again, choose this company for a smooth copter ride!
