Run don't walk to book your next trip with Chic Romance Travel - WOW it was by far the best trip we have ever taken and we travel often! Every single little detail was taken care of the entire trip and it was a true luxury experience. We went to Croatia for two weeks traveling to their main cities for our honeymoon. Camille and Tara planned the trip and choose the best hotels, restaurants, tours, activities, etc. We had a full itinerary and everyday was an amazing adventure. Planning the trip itself was so seamless and she took all my ideas and sites I wanted to see into consideration. Not to mention, the entire time we were there I had someone to ask questions to, change a reservation if we were running late etc. I could not be happier with how well our honeymoon turned out!! I am so excited to plan our next trip with them!

Camille helped us setup a memorable honeymoon at an all inclusive hotel right on the beach. It was super awesome, exciting and relaxing at the same time. The best part was how Camille came up with different packages and options to choose from allowing us to see the opportunities that existed and get us setup. This reduced the work on us to just picking the option that fit us best and just going. When we had questions Camille was there to help us out. The photo attached is the view from our room.

Camille was very helpful when I had no idea where to travel for my honeymoon earlier this year, considering everything that I tried to do was booked. She was able to find me a great deal under my budget to St Croix, US VI. My wife and I had so much fun with the travel plan and the resort booking and we totally enjoyed our honeymoon.

If I'm ever traveling again, I will definitely contact Camille for help and you should too!

Overall I give Chic Romance Travel a 1 star. Leading up to our trip (more then 5 month planning) Camille’s responce time was atleast a week. The website to book our travel was extremely not user friendly. The biggest red flag for me was not having a total cost. My card was overcharged by $900 due to the company not “realizing” they had already charged me. Took “7-14 business days to return the funds” The only time Camille was “attentive” to our very costly vacation was when we were already at the resort. During the vacation we had been hit by a hurricane. Luckily I purchased the travel insurance. When emailing Camille to ask for assistance she told me “here is the email good luck let me know what they say”…

Everyone apart of the wedding can all agree that Camille did a 1 out of 5 star job.

Everything about this holiday was outstanding! The hotel was top notch with good food, entertainment and excellent customer service. The service provided by Chic Romance travel was the best from booking an affordable resort with state of the art facilities to airport transfers and excellent flow of communication throughout. I will use this agent over and over again
