Went for the Downrigger Cruise. The ships, the weather and even the moon were all staged perfectly. Now that's talent. Had a great time with a delicious and plentiful meal. Seconds and even thirds we're encouraged. The other passengers were friendly and welcoming.

It's a wonderful 2 hour boat ride on the chester river. We took the dinner cruise. We had a chicken/noodle type bake and a tasty salad & roll. No complaints there, as you could go back for seconds. Chocolate chip cookies for dessert. The only disappointment I had was the way they run the bar. They charged a hefty price for wine, which I could handle IF they didn't give you a mini cup and fill it barely half way. When I ordered a soda, same thing and didn't give the can. Mind you, ice is in the cup so maybe half a can was given if that. I had to request the cup be filled to the top. If you are going to charge hefty for soda or wine, at least give a fair share. The boat ride is smooth riding but bring a jacket, the evening gets chilly even on a hot day. We would go again. Captain and mate were very friendly. Enjoyed the evening !

One of the best nights of my life. The service was prompt. The staff was professional, and food was beyond expectations. The Packet crew went out of their way to make our unique occasion perfect.

I hosted a family get together on the Saturday afternoon river tour. There were about 22 people in our party and we all had a great time. The staff were very accommodating, friendly, and professional. The location was easy to find and there was plenty of parking as well. It was overall an excellent experience.

Highly recommend a ride on the Packet! From the greeting on the dock and throughout the 90 min cruise, the crew was attentive, friendly and very knowledgeable about the area. We did the day time cruise with cash bar as our first experience but will definitely be making a reservation for a Sunday brunch

My husband and I along with a few other friends sailed on this cruise which the ride was absolutely lovely and smooth but I was highly disappointed with the boarding pier as there was bird poop and pigeon poop all along the boarding area along with leaves and other trash which was very unsightly along with being very unsanitary....I think that for the price that you pay for this event the pier should be clean and presentable...also I was highly disappointed with the food that was served as we had three salads, and chicken, no seafood and not to mention no drink but water... everyone does not drink alcoholic beverages so they should have an option other than water....as for the appetizer that was presented it was something that you would have at a kid's party not something that you would present to grown adults...a mixture of corn chips along with Cheetos and pretzels this was highly disappointing....I hope that in the very near future that your establishment will improve on some of these things that will help your company to achieve their highest potential...
