Saw a great deal online from Denver to Shannon for $719 so I booked it and received a confirmation email however I was not charged. Next day I received a call which I had just missed so I called back. I was told that my flight was no longer available with the discount I had received. When I asked why I why I was told that someone booked the last discounted ticket ahead of me. They told me that they had tried to contact me the day before but nobody in fact had tried to do so. I was told that I needed to reschedule my flight. I was hesitant but agreed to listen to what options I had left as I had no other option. I was given different scheduled flight times on the same date which were not ideal and was told the total amount was $1,169. I told the gentleman that if they wanted to reschedule my flight at least honor the price advertised online. They refused to do so and I had to other option but to pay the $1,169. This in NOT FAIR.

They deserve 0 stars and a huge warning label. Definitely a bait and switch company!! I booked tickets to Vegas at a good price, received my confirmation and itinerary within minutes from them and delta. The next day I received an email stating I needed to call them about my reservation. When I called I was told by Ted Miller who couldn’t speak English very well that those tickets were no longer available but for $800 more I could book the same flight. Is that ok I just charge your card? He said! I replied absolutely not!!! I asked for a supervisor to speak to and he said he was the supervisor. He told me to read the fine print prices are subject to change. I have booked many many flights never have I encountered anything like this company. I never got to speak to a supervisor or boss. He promised me a call back, never received a call back. A horrible experience stay clear of this company!!!

On Sunday I booked 3 tickets at a good price, I received an email from this agency confirming the transaction. The next day I receive an email from them that they needed to contact me to talk about the reservation. When I called, they told me that the flight I had selected did not have a seat available in economy class, but they did have a seat in first class for an amount of $1,600 more. I told them that I would not accept that option, so they offered me a flight similar to the one I had but with two different airlines, making stops between each flight with different hours and $100 more for each ticket. I hang up the call, they have been calling all day, they leave me a message that they are going to cancel my reservation, but they don't and they keep calling. They haven't charged my card yet, I'll call my bank to cancel the card I use so they don't charge me and then they don't want to refund me. DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY, THEY ARE A FRAUD, THEY ARE THIEVES.

Zero stars! Worst experience ever! I booked a RT flight for $403 and received my confirmation. The next day customer service rep called me and stated the fare rate no longer existed and the same flight would cost $757. When I replied there is no way I would be OK with that, the customer Rep stated he would help/search for a lower flight rate. He came up with $657. Again totally unacceptable! I told them how can they advertise/post/confirm a fare and the next day so they could no longer honor it?! In my over 35 years of traveling I have never booked a flight, and had the company call and cancel it the next day. Will never use this site again and caution anyone else who uses it..

I am waiting now since March 2020 for an official refund from Travelcation/Cheapbestfares. United cancelled the flights due to COV19. I received a future credit from United which was useless due to the restrictions. Due to the latest changes I asked United to use the credit but was notified that the ticket trader Travelcation requested a refund in my name. Cheapbestfares is excusing the delay due to missing response from United. United is excusing that they refunded according to the requestor. Travelcation does not know anything. I had now several conversations with the travel desk support hotline from Cheapbestfares with the typical excuse (My supervisor works on it, We will call you back, please wait 48hr for response, the refund process will take 1 week).

Scam company! Stay away! Their model seems to be offering good rates on the tickets sending you confirmation with flight details and then a day or two later emailing you and telling they are unable to get you the seats because flight is overbooked. As a solution they offered to upgrade to main cabin with double of the tickets cost.
Read comments below and everyone seems to have the same issue.

Booked a flight through, I guess was a third party, they had this companies ticket prices. Put in all my info including card and received a message saying I would receive a confirmation email. Waited for 30 minutes on email but was letting my family know I would be seeing them for Halloween and making other plans until I got the email. After waiting with no email I go back to the sight homepage and call. I am told by Hindustan man that "those tickets are sold out but he can give me tickets for $1,387. DOUBLE THE PRICE. Total bait and switch. Don't go through 3 party.

Scam ... Scam... Scam they have a common practice of selling tickets and then the next day calling you back to up sale the ticket that you got from them at discounted price meanwhile telling the consumer that their discounted flight was never confirmed with a E ticket. Shane, Alex, Frank,( Patrick The supervisor), Ryan and Denver called me back to back to try to scam me. They all sound the same and they will try to keep you on the phone to try to get you to make a 800 purchase . They remove your money off your card and the banks can trace it so it has to be investigated by your bank. These scam artist will leave you moneyless without a trace.
