Amy is an absolute gem! She planned a trip of a lifetime to Iceland and Ireland for our 20th anniversary and she did it all in a matter of weeks. After working with another agency for months we found out that all the plans we were making, were turning into dust. After researching local agents I decided to go with Charming Voyages because of all the great reviews. I called on a Saturday morning and by that afternoon Amy was hard at work picking up the pieces of our scrambled mess.

She was an absolute blessing; thank you Amy, for helping us plan the perfect vacation. We had an absolutely incredible time. While our trip to Ireland was fantastic, it did not top our time in Iceland. It was so hard for us to not compare the two because they were so different, but Iceland was everything we wanted and more.  The excursions were perfectly planned and ending our trip at the Blue Lagoon was the icing on the cake. We did not want to leave and felt there were so many more things we wanted to see and do.  Amy made things so easy for us and alleviated so much stress for us both.

Thank you for taking this on and working with us to ensure this trip carried on. Our future is forever changed by this. We are so grateful for the pause it brought and have decided to reprioritize our lives. Excited to plan our next trip with Amy!

She set us up at the Riu Palace located right on the white sand beach of Paradise Island, the resort was an all inclusive adults only resort and was awesome! The food was good! The people were great! Celebrating our 30th Wedding Anniversary in Italy was an idea my husband and I had researched, planned, and imagined for almost 2 years. After talking with Amy Kristosik, we quickly realized that our international dream vacation involved much more than we could tackle on our own. Our accommodations, the transportation modes and excursions were all streamlined beautifully and we did not run into any issues at all. From soaking up the sun at Lake Como to a cooking class in Florence, it truly was a wonderful experience for both of us. We admired great works of art and were impressed by the beauty of many historical buildings, streets and bridges. We even began to feel like locals as we favored a piazza at each location and quickly adapted to the evening rituals of savoring each bite, each drink and each moonlit scene. Amy of Charming Voyages had quite a task planning two days before our Alaskan Cruise, a week on the cruise and two days after the cruise. My husband had received a terminal diagnosis so she had only one chance to make his dream vacation a reality. There would be no second chance! Well, hands down she met every single objective and surpassed many of them! While we were using a Go Fund Me account, she still used her resources to score budget friendly excursions and hotels before and after the cruise. She wrote an extensive itinerary that included everything from hotels, transportation, a 7 day cruise, rental car, excursions and insurance in case my husband couldn’t handle the whole trip. Every single detail was covered and when an excursion canceled the night before she did her best to replace it and in the end we got the exact same one through NCL so it all worked out.
