I don't think I have enough good things to say to describe what Charles has done for me in this process. Charles sold me this property and we closed the chapter by him selling my property. This was my first home and both chapters was a great experience. I felt supported 100% of the way and his guidance and honesty I believe was key for me to maximize home value. His network of contractor paired me with the right contractor who did an incredible job. I can't recommend Charles and his team enough. Forever grateful and if I ever find myself looking for a new property in CT, he is the guy I'm calling and you should too!

He is a wealth of knowledge. Suggesting lots of scenarios that could work for us. He took care of absolutely everything. We are elderly, and can be a little difficult to work with. We can also be a little indecisive. Charles always answered our calls at all hours of the day/night. We were very grateful to have him & his team on our side.
