Tired of the constant buffering. Only running 2 tvs and it getting really old. I'm willing to pay the termination fee to get rid of the service and go back to t- mobile or someone with better service. I would give it 0 stars if that was an option but it is not so 1 will have to do.

Love CGI they have the best Internet out here in the rural area where I live in Casa grande. They always have friendly customer service and are quick to respond. Anytime you have any issues whether it's billing or technical support! Been with them for almost 3 years and I just signed up for another three years, they also have the best prices.!

My company as well as my personal household has had cg internet for years. They have always provided the best internet service possible for our rural area. I recently upgraded to the sapphire plan which is their fastest plan since my husband and son are gamers! Our internet is now very fast. Many internet companies claim they can give you certain speeds but when it comes down to it they cannot if you're in certain rural locations. CGI is a local company and they are honest about what they can get you in your location. They won't try to sell you a plan if they can't deliver what that plan offers. I also appreciate their excellent customer service. Their technicians are knowledgeable, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure we are happy with our service!

Casa Grande Internet is the BEST ISP ever! They are a home owned 2nd generation company that actually ANSWER their phones. They care about their customers and I would rate them beyond A+. You are never outsourced. I cannot say enough good about CGI. Honesty + integrity = CGI.

Had CGI for a few years. Service was spoty and often unusable. Customer service is poor with apparently only one IT person who is both condescending and verbose. "Turn it off then on again" is their only solution. Everything else is telling you that you are wrong and everything is fine while you struggle to watch videos on 2 phones at once.

I don't know how people give this company 5 stars. Their internet really sucks! We went from T-mobile to CGI thinking it would give us better service for where we live. Soooo wrong! I am ready to go back to T-mobile.

This internet service is the only one we can get in our area. pleased with their customer service as we were having issues on the weekend. The owner actually called, drove out to our place and diagnosed the problem. Highly recommend.
