As a motel customer- the biggest issue I have is filthy carpets in the room. Owners/Managers either rip out those nasty carpets and put in reg floors or at least clean them on a regular basis. The rooms will smell better
The next thing is to hire a caulker who doesnt leave nasty globs of the stuff around the tubs toliets sinks etc It really brings down the impression to see this nasty shoddy work
