Those people who are working at this site are very disrespect.
I made a call to find out if these busses have service all over USA. They hang on for those who do not speak Spanish. I want know do I live in USA or Mexico. This very ridiculous.

Very horrible experience. Not on time. Stopping for several hours, one meal during the day, getting to the destination end up not arriving on time or during day time, lack on info for what and when arriving to be able to let family members know for picking up, drivers don't care about the people. Sometimes, have to switch to another bus. Just bad service used to be good, but it sucks now. Never ever need their service again. Wish i could put a negative star.
