When things are not good, we are quick to complain but when you receive good service, we often don't say much. It is my absolute pleasure to write a review about the Centennial park view management. I would give them maximum star possible. Shanna , Marge, Darren and maintenance crew everyone were great. They all went above and beyond to make leasing process easy and comfortable. There is NOT one thing more they could have done to help me. It was perfect. I am in healthcare field and I have lived in lots of different places. This is by far the BEST management team I have seen. Keep it guys!

When Denise and I settled in Kingman Arizona we were welcomed at the Centennial Park View Apartments. We have had a wonderful experience living here. A nice place if a house is too much upkeep.

Shauna and her team are very helpful and professional. The environment is welcoming with friendly neighbors all around. Maintenance crew are always on top of things and they communicate with each other on a daily basis to help the tenants in any way possible.

Beautiful area, lots of grass and bbq areas. Office staff was so nice and helpful. Shana really explained things so I could understand them. Thank you for your patience!

The staff here is amazing! They are friendly, attentive to resident needs, and all-around willing to go the extra mile to be helpful when a resident needs something. They take the time to get to know all of the residents. Since I moved in 6 years ago, there have a been a number of improvements made around the property - new pool furniture, new washers and dryers, and a fresh coat of paint on all of the buildings. A pet-friendly complex was a MUST for me. I love seeing everyone out with their dogs and all the kitties in the windows.
