Great spot on the lake. Nice and quiet with easy access to the water. Mattresses could probably use an upgrade, but when you're spending most of your time outside, who really cares?

**Update** Mattresses have been replaced and are much better! Our cabin this year was missing a few things like a can opener but luckily we were able to borrow from our family in the other cabins. I would try to do an inventory of each cabin to make sure each has their own utensils.

Piers and fire pits have been moved to make room for the new bistro. The fence that has been put up does a good job of blocking sound and people from the bistro. Great stay as always!

My husband and I stayed at the Oakwood cabin at Cedarwood last summer and it was wonderful. The cabin and the grounds were so clean, the views of the lake were wonderful, and the property was very quiet. I especially loved the fresh bedding and enjoying a cup of coffee each morning while watching the loons on the lake. I highly recommend it!

Overall great place. Some of the living room furniture is not comfortable at all and the mattress is so-so. The kitchen is missing a few necessities, like a can opener. It would be awesome if they offered an outboard motor to rent. But overall it's a wonderful place with an excellent view.

Cedarwood Vacation Homes Resort has been our family's "go-to" vacation spot for the past 13 years! The location is convenient to Tomahawk and local attractions, the ease in booking makes our repetitive stay a breeze, and the facility offers swimming, great water views, and access to immediate fishing whether it's from your private dock, provided boat or own vessel! We always look forward to our future stay at Cedarwood!

Unfortunately this place is completely unprofessional and disrespectful. Despite signing the contract/policies, getting a confirmation, and placing my deposit my reservation was canceled due to a change in THEIR policy that went into place AFTER I booked. When booking my reservation the website stated weekly rentals started mid June, therefore I was able to proceed with booking for just a weekend through their online system June 11-13. Despite my reservation being confirmed I was notified it was being canceled since they decided to change the policy to weekly bookings only starting June 5th. With a confirmed reservation prior to this change in policy, that should have been respected. Period. This place is unreliable.
