Flight notifications were delayed...from check in to gate change. The flight/cabin was very nice. First time using Cathay and was highly disappointed at the miscommunication for selection of food. To fly 30+ hours with no options for vegetarians...is insane! On the bright side, my seat mates got extra meat! On top of the fact I wore a cap and was continually called Sir by the crew! Very disheartening...not sure if I would choose them again.

This airline is one of the best I've ever had the pleasure of flying with. The legroom is much better than most airlines. The food is better than most and because I have a family emergency they gave me a free upgrade to business class. I'll never use another airline other than Cathay Pacific when I fly to Asia.

if YOU have another option. PLEASE DO NOT USE CATHAY AIRLINE. WHICH IS DISHONEST AIRLINE. We booked ticket from St. Louis to Chengdu China. I did not know when the Cathay canceled my first trip tickets. BUT WITHOUT ANY NOTICE, NO RETURN MONEY, then I found out today I will fly today afternoon 5pm. I make call. Get answer: duo to technical problem. We need charger extra $420. For re-book and keep you tripe. I don’t have any choice. This is the connecting ticket. Miss the first fly! I think that Cathay doing this on purpose. PLEASE STAY AWAY

Flight was uneventful (thank goodness). The food and snacks were just ok, but the seats in coach had what I would consider plenty of room, me being 6 feet tall. Very corteous service but very little indication of how things work (I.e. feel free to get up for a snack or refill) so I was a bit confused, this being my firat transcontinental flight and fiest one with Cathay Pacific. Would definitely fly with them again

Very irresponsible staff at HYD Airport. After delaying my flight to Hong Kong for 5 hours, they announced cancelation. We were told that we will be rebooked in a different flight and were asked to go back home or stay at hotel. Neither they called us and informed the new flight plan nor our cab fares were reimbursed. I had to call their Hong Kong office to know the new flight plan.

Upon arriving at the airport we check in our laugages . I'm so glad we got Abby Ang who help us handling all our boarding needs. She was courteous, helpful, very knowledgeable. Kudos for her! I wish you have many ABBY @Cathay Pacific

First class check in was a joke. My mother was made feel unwelcomed and check in agent appeared to be short and monotonous without a smile. This is definitely not a white glove First class service of Cathay in London or HKG. This was or second negative experience at ORD on a ground when flying First Class tranceoceanic. Next time we'll try to fly out from Peoria.....LOL
