These caterers have served a delicious buffet dinner to our Canadian Club golf tournament group each year in Green Valley, AZ, for as long as I can remember. They are professional, warm, friendly, helpful, and prepare excellent meals. Thank you, Louise and Eric for your good service!

This mother and son catering company was delightful. The food and service was beyond my expectations. They cost a little more but their food is homemade, not store bought or frozen portions and you can taste the difference. I will definately use them when I need a caterer.

Catalina International Caterers did an excellent job of providing catering for my wedding at Kallista Park. Eric and Louise were wonderful to work with and the food was amazing. The chicken and pork were tender and delicious. I also could have eaten an entire plate of the potatoes and Caesar salad because they were so yummy. My only complaint would be that I was asked on 5 different occasions during and after the wedding about leaving a review (including during the mother-son dance and the day after the wedding- bringing up the name to me of a specific guest who left a negative review) when I had already stated that I would be leaving a glowing review. Overall, the food and process of planning with them was wonderful, my only gripe would be the continual asking about reviews.

This is the best catering company ever!!! Ran by mother and son! Food was delicious, attention to detail was on point! We used them for our wedding, and Lousie made sure my husband and I had everything we needed! 100% recommend them!!

Catalina Caterers did my wedding at Medella Vina Ranch-Kallista Park. Eric and Louise went above and beyond ensuring we had everything we needed/ wanted for our wedding day; even finding enough napkins (after a mix up) days before the wedding. The food was amazing. Prime rib and chicken was all cooked perfectly and all their wait staff was well trained and very professional. All our guests loved their meal and raved about the appetizers during our cocktail hour. I know I would consider them if I ever needed anything catered again.
