I was here to pickup a load.
Five stars on the loading time. Out in 45 min. Also nice people. The reason I’m giving one star is because all truck drivers must be informed what are they going to pickup.
This is the place that all the trucks picking up the garbage from the streets bring in here. I picked up balled recycling paper. The whole place smells bad. Your load will smell bad once you get unloaded and probably will smell for the next few days and you won’t be able to pickup another load. The broker, or the dispatcher will not tell you this. This was my first load of this kind, and probably I’m never going to pickup trash again.

I'm a truck driver, and picked up a load of covered, baled, recycle residue for landfill destination.
They do not warn you that these bale's are made to slide, and that is exactly how they unload them. They lift your trailer and dump your van trailer out like it's a trash can.
Don't be confused. This is baled refuse, and your trailer will be permeated with a suffocating stench of dumpster that will not wash out, with only a single trailer wash out. These bales have maggots, and your trailer will likely be so full of them by the delivery, that they will be in every trailer crevice and crack, and will likely not wash out either.
I had to sweep them up, after the wash, and it was impossible to get then all.
The trailer still stinks, after a wash, and oder treatments and sweeping and airing out.
If you go down the eastern seaboard, make sure to account for the trip taking two days instead of one, because of traffic.
These bales will slide. Make sure to secure them top and bottom set, front and back. I warned you. Good luck.
I suggest asking triple the price for this load or passing on it.
They are fast loading, and the employees were professional and polite, but this is definitely information drivers and brokers and companies should know before accepting this load.
About to get a second washout this morning, because of the stench and worms.
Washout place says this happens all the time. All the time. Three days wasted on a load that was only one day's pay.

Ordered a dumpster last week, dumpster showed up as expected. Needed the dumpster removed less than a week later (5 days) called to make the request and request another dumpster. They charged our account the following day for another week however never delivered a new dumpster to our location. Called in the afternoon today to confirm the dumpsters would be swapped out and was told a dumpster was enroute, it never showed up. Don’t bother renting from them, use any other company. Over priced and not reliable, they will charge you for extra time when they don’t pick up the dumpster.

As the other guys posted. Everything went well beside the mess in the trailer.
Only reason why we agreed to haul the load is because we were promised that the load will be clean and no smells etc.
Broker from American Logistics Group even sent me this attached picture saying that it will be packed like this and that we have no worries.
Once the driver arrived to the delivery and unloaded the truck, he found out that we have been lied to and that there was something leaking outside of the cargo that spilled inside of the trailer and left foul-smelling. That mess prevented us to pick up a next load so we had to deadhead to a wash station, pay for wash out from our own pocket, and waste three hours to the trailer to dry out so we can pick up the next load.
All the lies, mess afterwards and no driver compensation, for what - a $1.5/mile? - Never again.

This shipper started loading its freight in a cleanly wrapped skid. This deserves special respect from carriers and drivers. Your trailer will not be messed up. Clean and dry. It is FCFS place, no issues with waiting in line.

On 7/30/24 Casella charged a late payment process dates for 8/1/24. How could I be charged for future interest? And they only emptied half my garbage. Steer clear of this company if you can.

Ever since the local family sold this business it has been going downhill.... Rates are up and the drivers don't care about doing a decent job, probably not getting paid as well as from the family run business. Often my cans are not completely emptied, almost every pick up there is trash left on the street as the driver doesn't get the can all the way over the truck (and they NEVER get out to pick trash up like they used to) and my cans are seldom left on their wheels.... driver just slams them down and they shoot across the driveway on their side.... Really disappointing to see what had been such a fine and reputable company turn to garbage....

Turn in on Recycle Way and go down hill and straight on the scale. Be careful as it's a little tight on the scale. Turn engine off so you can give your pick up number. OCC pick up turn right and go between the two buildings. Loading docks are on the left at the end of the building. You should see lots of empty bins in the area you are heading for. After loading, go back on the scale. When told you are all set turn left off the scale and park. Pick up your BOL at the office directly in front of the scale. No signature required.
