I stayed at Casa Salinas for my friend's bachelorette party and we had an unforgettable time thanks to Jennifer and the house staff. Jennifer from Casa Bay communicated with my friend and me from day one, and recommended the perfect house, of their many properties, for our stay. Jennifer responded immediately to emails and was thorough in her planning, and always responded with customer service in mind. When we arrived at the house, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay relaxing. Juan, the house concierge, arranged anything we wanted including transportation to a restaurant in town and in-home massages; when we expressed interest in going on a hike in a small fishing village, Juan arranged for a private boat ride and guided horseback to a waterfall, which was so much more than we asked for. The cooks made delicious food twice a day, and were so friendly and attentive to our needs. I would absolutely stay here again.

If you're interested in renting a home for your friends and family but scared you might show up and there is no house, then you need to hire Jennifer at Casa Bay Villas. She takes care of everything and gives you all the information you need on the home, the area and the owner. From start to finish she is extremely professional and responsive. She makes sure you will have a wonderful experience. We stayed at Casa Buena Vida in January and it was incredible. We'll we are going back in February and Jennifer is taking care of everything again. Highly recommend.

Jennifer is the BEST at this. She is more than accommodating and knowledgeable of the Puerto Vallarta area. We only book through her. She knows each and every property off hand and can immediately recommend what's best for your traveling party. She also can arrange safe transportation as well
