I contacted Capitol Travel for assistance in a European trip for 4 of us in my family. After getting a call back I described what I was looking for and said I needed help planning. After a couple emails back & forth I had not heard anything for a week, so contacted a different agency, I received great communication and information and have booked a 3-week trip with the other agency. I had wanted to use Capitol Travel as they have been around for many years, my parents had used them, and are local on the east side of Madison. I was not invited for an in person meeting, just the occasional couple line email.

Just used Capitol City for a trip to Cabo. I highly recommend them and Barb was our agent. She went above and beyond to get me added to the trip! Highly recommend them and will be using them again for sure!!!! Thank Barb and Capitol City Teavel!!!

For peace of mind we were interested in using the services of a travel agency for the beginning of our planned retirement trips. I went in for help booking a family cruise. I was told they’d have to do some research and get back to me. Two weeks later I hadn’t heard back, so called to check in case they’d misplaced my contact info. I was told I’d get a call or email back—another whole week later and still no response at all. Completely unprofessional—what a waste of my time. I guess they’re not interested in doing business, but it would have been nice for them to let me know instead of leaving me hanging.

Called to have a 2 week vacation in Hawaii booked. Hotel, flights, car. I spoke with Karen. She never responded back. At all. So I booked it myself.
