Absolutely the highlight of our trip!
Canyon Adventures Bike Tours and Café was not only the most affordable option, but hands-down the most fun experience we had. We picked a scenic route with stunning views, and a stop at a barn where we got to pet mules—and even spotted some elk! The customer service was outstanding. Liz got us set up quickly and was super friendly, and the real hero was Randal who went above and beyond by mailing back a hoodie we accidentally left behind. Truly exceptional service. Highly recommend!

The Hermit Road Bike Tour was great! It gets you away from the crowded overlooks, and you get to bike at the Grand Canyon! This was the perfect tour for our group of 8, ranging in age from 4-67 to enjoy together! The guides were awesome and provided lots of great info! The Hermit Road tour is mostly downhill, and the road isn’t crowded. Also a plus- they had XXL bikes for the extra tall folks in our party, tagalong bike for the 6 year old, and a trailer for the 4 year old to ride in style! Everyone was taken care of, and this was a highlight of our week in Arizona.

My wife and I loved exploring the South Rim on two wheels. Her e-bike was a game changer, allowing her to zip up hills and thoroughly enjoy the magnificent views. We felt safe and inspired on the network of greenways and closed-to-cars roads. We couldn’t have done it without Canyon Adventures.

Bike Grand Canyon (bike rental)
A life saver if you want to do the 21 mile Hermit Trail with a dog! They offer pedal bikes,e-bikes, and dog trailers and set you up so you are ready to hit the trails. 100% recommend renting bikes to get the most of the Grand Canyon, especially if you don't want to hike the entire time or have a pet that can't hike far distances as easily.

This spot is awesome. First, the folks helping us learn to use our e-bikes were incredibly helpful and informative. The bikes were super comfortable, easy to use, and made the ride to Hermits Rest incredibly easy. They gave a warning that this can be too far of a ride for some but with the e-bikes we made it there and back with stoping at view points in less than 3 hours. When we returned, we grabbed an iced coffee and iced mocha from the cafe which were incredible. One thing to note is the e-bikes can go extremely fast and there is a ton of wildlife so know how to comfortably use your breaks. We saw elk, mule deer, chipmunks, and big horned sheep that ran across the road in front of us that required quick stops! The most enjoyable experience of our Grand Canyon vacation; highly recommended!

We did the shuttle bike experience from Hopi point to Hermits Rest! It was incredible. The 8:30 am reservation is excellent because you start before the crowds get on the road. The bikes are easy to use. The trail is easy to follow on your own and it will be one of the best things you can do at the Grand Canyon. 10/10 recommend this experience.

Highly recommend renting bikes from here! Very helpful and kind staff. High quality bikes. My husband and I biked with our 3 kids (ages 6, 4, and 1) to Hopi Point then back which was about 13 miles round trip. There is a great, safe bike trail and then a road that was only for buses and bikes. The route has a few long hills but our 6 year old could do it with some walking/ breaks. This experience made our first day at the Grand Canyon perfect! Fantastic way to enjoy the views!
