My family stayed here for a few months while my husband worked in the area. The new ownership is spot-on what you would hope for! Super responsive, great communication, and immediately fixes any issues. If you call and they dont answer, they are probably helping a customer. Call back in an hour or two. Grassy area for kids to play, creek and rock bank area to play as well. Quiet, no crazy parties or loud music. Very honest owners.
Highly recommend!

We were here for over a year and never had an issue. Both owners bend over backwards to help every person in the Campground. I would highly recommend this place. It’s lovely.

Owner does not keep his end of the bargain when you move in when you ask him about things, he blows up, tries to fight you not only that, but he’s verbally abusive to his kids and wife to the point in the afternoon you do not want to sit outside When you stay one night and you and him get into a fight because you asked him about the bathroom situation in the Bath house which is Nasty He will not give any money back. He would rather smoke his pot on the back porch instead.

Stayed here on our way back to the coast and this place was great. We arrived and someone staying passed by us while we were setting up and welcomed us to the neighborhood. We were a pretty good walk from the bathrooms but that wasn't a problem at all. We stayed here in our roof top tent but we still were able to use the electricity. They had bright enough lamp posts in the field we camped in to help us see while setting up. This place was wonderful. Can't wait to come back again on our next trip out west!

We just moved here about a week ago and after leaving the house we rented we will not be going back. We will be will transfer our kids to the school here. Small town great and amazing people. If you are looking for a great place Cane creek is the place to be. The owners are awesome. Sites are well maintained plenty of kids hanging out and not inside stuck behind video games all day. Could not ask for a better way to start the RV life.
