I booked a cabin for the location, but I was so pleasantly surprised with a wonderful experience! It was dark when we arrived, so we missed the sign to turn off to the cabins and went to the airport. A very kind security guard offered to escort us - unheard of kindness and service! When we arrived at the cabins just a few minutes later, the woman who checked us in was very friendly and accommodating. ||The cabin was very clean! The bed was a little hard, but everything else was awesome. We didn’t do any of the activities simply because of time limitations, but we were so pleased with the experience overall! Many thanks to the wonderful Hualapai people for their hospitality and for sharing the beauty of Grand Canyon West with us!

The cabins s are spacious and very clean and "new". Bedroom fridge and small microwave present. Would have rated it 5 stars if there was a table and chair.
Warning: it's nowhere near the rim. You have to walk 1.7 miles to get a view of the canyon floor and the Colorado River.

We only stopped to get Indian tacos, we didn't stay at the cabins. We also walked thru the gift shop and purchased a few items.
Kitchen was very slow to serve, but the taco was worth the wait. The fry read was light and fluffy, and it was filling for 2 people. We didn't want a big meal before a 2 hour drive back to Vegas, which was beautiful drive.
Unique place to visit, try give you the old time western country feel, could see wagon and horses going thru there making trail. They have a hiking trail, but we were too late in the day to go.

We stayed at the cabins during a cold and windy March. Having just come from Las Vegas, I had "modest" expectations for the cabins. But, I was pleasantly surprised. These cabins are well maintained; have clean, all-wood interiors; and have most of the amenities you would expect in a good hotel--including a large, smart TV. I was traveling with my 2 sons and we all wanted our own beds. So, we got the 2 bedroom cabin with 2 bathrooms and 2 couch beds in the living room. There was plenty of room and the main rooms all had individual AC/heat units. I highly recommend.

We stayed at the cabins to be able to go to the sky walk bridge first thing in the morning and it worked out perfectly plus we did the Zipline afterwards and it was right behind the cabins. The staff was friendly, the room was ok but smaller than you'd think, no TV in the rooms and the wifi is your only lifeline. It is insane how quiet it is here, the view of the Grand canyon from your cabin porch is beautiful during the day but the flood lights they have at night prevents you from seeing a lot of stars which was a bummer. Definitely be prepared and bring plenty of your own food and snacks as the one restaurant and gift shop closes down at 6pm so after that you're on your own except vending machines. The trail that goes along the rim to a lookout point was totally worth it, absolutely beautiful! Bring water and be safe!

Stayed at the cabins so I could see the stars at night and do skywalk in the morning. Was not disapointed. Great location. Bring snacks to store in mini fridge. Hiking trails from cabin to canyon. Would stay here again.

The location is fantastic. You look out towards the grand canyon from the cabin porch with spectacular views of the sun rise and sun set. It is remote and very peaceful.||Unfortunately the cabin floor was filthy upon arrival. I can understand that you are in a desert with dust and sand however on entering the cabin the floor clearly had not been cleaned. |The restaurant closed at 5.30 and was also visably dirty with an inch of dust visable on every fan and air vent. ||We were advised on arrival to head to the Grand Canyon Western Ranch which was 12 miles away for dinner. We did and have to say wish we had booked here for the atmosphere and camp fire experience

We had a great stay at the cabins at Grand Canyon West. Highly recommend for families visiting the western rim of the Grand Canyon.
