Mouse poop on our bed. I took my girlfriend here for a weekend away, imagine my surprise when I pull my bedsheets back and am greeted with little mouse turds scattered across the top of our bed. I went down to the front desk and was given another room, but it’s not very easy feeling comfortable knowing there’s an active rodent infestation in the hotel that you already spent good money on. This place either needs some serious renovations or a visit from a health inspector. Do NOT recommend.

My wife and I stayed in the King room with a jacuzzi. It was very clean and comfortable. The jacuzzi itself is a basic two person model with a very limited amount water jets. It ran flawlessly and the water filled the tub fairly quickly. Breakfast consists of instant eggs, sausage links, pancakes, Belgium waffles and the other usual assortment of typical hotel breakfast items. Nothing to get excited about, but enough to prevent you from needing to leave the hotel just for breakfast. The hotel manager came around the table areas to visit with those who wanted to be visited with. He was very friendly and extremely interested in how we valued our stay. It was a very welcoming approach to customer service and I don't see this often enough in my travels. I highly recommend staying here as I have already placed another reservation at this time.

The guy at the front desk was really nice and attentive. My husband and I checked in but the room key we were given didn’t work so we had to go back to the front desk and get another set of room keys,after that the rest of the night was nice and quiet.

I am a traveling medical professional and stay at the Parke Regency Hotel every time I work in the area. The staff is absolutely delightful, the accommodations are wonderful, the restaurant is sensational, and when I need to loosen up, the casino does the trick. Highly recommended.

Positive: "" Negative: The hotel feels like a dated reitretirement home. The bed was very soft/flimsy. The shower caulk had turned dark in spots. This is NOT a 3.5 star hotel by any scale.

Tv wouldn't change channels, when I took the remote down and explained to night clerk he pointed at the channel up and down buttons as if me using an assistive device to walk meant I also had an intellectual disability. Moved us twice to get a room where it functioned correctly. In the morning the elevator got stuck on third floor so after carefully hobbling down the stairs we informed staff it wasn't working properly and he returned and insisted there was nothing wrong with it while the alarm on it was audible in the lobby. Worst hotel experience.

Didn’t give me my deposit back, which was only supposed to be $100 and they took an extra 50 all because there was prior damage to the room and they blamed me for it. I was by myself doing absolutely nothing the entire time but apparently I broke the bathroom door so not only did they take the $100 deposit. They stole another 50 do not go there. They will screw you.

Positive: Downtown was very clean at first appearance even if there were people there working in the lobby when we arrived Negative: The shower in our room has absolutely no water pressure and we were forced to use another room to shower. There was no ice on my third floor. There are gnats in the bagels at breakfast.
