We had the best driver, Moe, for our Cub Scout field trip! He had the best personality for working with kids, handled all of the trip logistics exceptionally well, drove safely, etc. I am also very happy with how Tom helped with our reservation ahead of time as well. I am planning on using BusBank again and on asking for Moe to be our driver in the future.

We used BusBank bus chartering for our company Leadership Retreat, transporting 100+ people on two separate nights. The service level was extremely unprofessional throughout the entire process. We found an empty beer can next to the driver of one of the busses as we were loading our team into it; both drivers came into our private venue (we did a full venue buyout) to consume food and beverages (we asked the bartender to clarify if they were ordering alcohol, they were not, whew!), which was a bit shocking. When we stepped outside with them to discuss, they became combative and rude. It got to the point where I questioned if we were going to have them take our group back to the hotels. BusBank management wasn't very helpful in resolving the concerns. I don't write reviews often, but feel the need to pass this experience onto others since we used their service for work events and I was concerned about our team's safety.

My BusBank experience for my wedding day transportation was so easy and everything turned out amazing. From the initial email to Scott Hood and all the emails and phone calls afterwards everything was easy to organize and talk through. Then the day of worked out seamlessly and no issues were brought to my attention. Everything worked out perfectly and no one had to drive if they didn't want to. I felt so blessed that we had a responsible driver to get all of our family and friends to and from our wedding. THANK YOU!

The person I worked with was Scott and he was very helpful. I asked about 50+ questions and he was very quick to respond. Trying to plan a trip with over 30 people was not easy but he was able to give me quick and clear responses to the questions I had. My group ended up renting one of the school buses for the trip with a shuttle type itinerary for a show we attended in DC. Not only was that doable but the bus driver was on time and even early for both shuttles. If you know anything about DC, traffic is ridiculous at times.

The bus driver we had was really cool, easy going and very friendly. He gave me his number and contacted me when he arrived back for the second shuttle. We were a little late coming out of our house but he had absolutely no issue with waiting for us. He allowed us to play the music we wanted and was talkative to us. Lastly, he waited right around the corner from the venue and gave me a call when he arrived to let us know where he was.

Overall, this was a great experience and if I have to book again, i will definitely be using BusBank again. Thanks again for the amazing and perfectly planned out night!

My company was planning on using The BusBank to take us to the Atlanta Hawks basketball game when a winter storm hit! The roads were icy and the Mayor declared some counties to be in a state of emergency. With everyone's safety in mind we had to cancel our much anticipated event. What lighted my spirits was how accommodating our BusBank rep, Tony, was to ensure our satisfaction!
We ended up needing a smaller bus to take us to dinner the next night and our driver, Bud, was punctual, professional, and very personable!
We definitely plan to use BusBank again.

My company could not have asked for more out of BusBank. They were accommodating, professional, understanding and most importantly everything went off without a hitch. I won't even consider doing my business with anyone else in the area. Special thanks to Tony Glibkowski who worked a few weekend hours with me and Chris who helped make sure that everything ran smoothly at our event.
