Used them several times. First couple rides great as ordered. Then they continued to go to wrong address. Or they would adjust time and not send the texts they promised to confirm appointment. So I started calling morning of scheduled appointments to confirm. Last straw was having my mobility challenged husband, who requires a walker, getting his first haircut since COVID-19 relying on this service for transportation. I called scheduling it that way and called to confirm the proper location having him with me morning of appointment. They were late and went to wrong location. When I called again I was told they weren’t aware I had him with me. Driver also informed me I was just added to schedule and he would run very late returning to get us. Absolutely fed up and will never use them again. A very poor service for a sector of the community who really needs and deserves a quality product.

Have had good experiences. Yes, you need to schedule ride day ahead of time before noon. Everyone has been courteous and friendly. Amazed the many ways you can use this service. Appointments, to & from workplace, shopping, etc. I use for sporadic days and times, so they have marked my file to receive call day before to verify pick up times. Make sure you have your mask during COVID. I also called accounting and prepaid. They mailed me cards which drivers mark off each way. This has been more convenient than having to have exact amount for ride (no change).

When i dropped my best friend off today, a BPART driver pulled up behind her, nearly hitting her! This older man (driver) was within a couple of inches as she was taking items out of the trunk. When she confronted him about going to the office about it, he showed no remorse and told her to "go ahead"! This man needs a driver's course, if not have his licence taken away!
Update 8/7/19
My friend was supposed to use this service for a doctor's appointment, only they never showed! How are people supposed to feel confident in using this service if this happens? I've heard this wasn't the first incident of this happening either.

This is a great service for people who don’t drive and need to get where they need to go. All drivers are friendly and respectful who do their job well.

These reviews are not quite fair. BPART has its faults like all of us, but the drivers are friendly and I had nothing but good experiences and on time arrivals. Booking in advance is definitely important. The flexibility is not like Uber or Lyft, but for an area not serviced by private companies the BPART is the holy grail of transportation! Wish they had it in every place in the whole wide world!

Super drivers, minivan had a bit of diesel exhaust, no A/C. Bus ride was delightful, but bumpy on the suspension. Grateful they go all over the Tri County area.

I want to how I'm supposed to give 24 hour notice when needing a ride home and you don't know 24 I'm advanced when I'm getting realeased from the hospital. How does that work. I need a ride home and need 24 hour notice, what a bunch of carp. What good is the service
