Don’t be fooled by the given prices over the phone. They gave me a completely different price from what it was. What Mario did was he input different dates from the ones I requested, and when I figured it out, it was too late. He told me I was lucky they refunded me the money but I was going to have to pay $100 penalty for each ticket, when it wasn’t my fault; he was the one who did not put the SPECIFIC date/time I requested. Won’t EVER bother with them again!

Terrible service. Not sure if the girls who pick up do it on purpose but my call ends up getting transferred to a guy who NEVER calls back with the info I need. Then when he takes the time to help, leaves people on hold for 30 mins, doesn't send the info he promises to send out. Supposely he is the manager because I asked to speak to somebody with a higher position than his to complain and the girls said he is the boss. Do not recommend the place.

My auntie went to these people to book for the whole extended family trip. Why, no idea. We'll never let her so that again. They booked us the dirt cheap, super saver tickets, then when we couldn't travel due to COVID, they asked to go get tests and then did nothing to help. We called and battled the airlines alone because they knew it would be a long shot. Not helpful at all.

I had a very bad experience in this travel agency. They rip you off because they make you pay $50 to change your flight dates when you could do it for free on the app of your chosen airline.

They are a ripe off stay away from this place buy your tickets online my father missed his flight they didn't want to help him we ended up calling the volaris airline to find out if they can help from the 430 dollars he paid his only getting back 170 the company pockets the rest of the money beware people out there
