I’m not even quite sure where to begin !

This was our first time ever going to New Hampshire and it does not disappoint.

My husband and I as well as our two year old rented one of the properties owned by the inn
And let me just say it was honestly the best experience I have had staying anywhere in all of my travels!

Everything was clean & tidy , and it was very spacious for my family!

There is a beautiful little pond a few minutes walk from the inn and surrounding properties the scenery and surrounding landscape was breathtaking and so very peaceful and quiet & ultimately SAFE!

The overall best part of the experience was the property manager Kayla !

This woman is so kind and down to earth , she was extremely accommodating as well . She went above and beyond to help me out when needed and her kids and my daughter ended up being great friends , they shared their yard and toys with us and made us feel sooooooooo sooooo at home and welcome .

Her and her family are amazingly kind people you would be lucky to call friends !

If you are traveling to goshen or sunapee especially with kids this is where you want to stay hands down !

The inn itself is gorgeous and has such neat history attached to it .

Do your self a favor and stay at Brooke road inn I promise you won’t regret !! We will certainly be back!

Wonderful stop for a road trip. Bedrooms are clean and the check in/out are super easy.
The bathroom are a bit small but it is doable for a one night stay. You might want to bring earplugs depends on who your neighbours are, walls are thin but people were respectful during our stay and we heard barely anything.

Such a nice hotel in country side. We are feeling very well in this calm hotel. Big common open room with many tables, chairs, couch and free service like coffee machine and tea. The only bad point is the room, we were on the « Mass Creek » room, big room with private bathroom, but the bed is pretty bad (too much soft, we rolled on each other all along the night). The isolation is not that good too, a big cold air flow in our head.

Otherwise, I will recognize 100% to anyone want a rest in a relaxing place. I love this place.

I’m actually a bit shocked this place has such high review. Unless on the off chance that I just stayed in one of the worst rooms of them all. I stayed in the Blue Goose room which had two twin sized beds and it was the absolute most uncomfortable bed I’ve slept in, possibly in my life. And definitely for an inn! In fact I had just come from two nights of camping-sleeping on the ground-and I was more comfortable doing that than sleeping in this bed with springs digging into my hips and sagging in the center. The other bed seemed slightly more comfortable but my older traveling companion got that one. Seems like you should take the $130 I spent to sleep-if we can call it that-on this mattress and replace it before charging anyone else!

Spending the last decade in hotels and inns 300 nights yearly, this is the pinnacle of value, tranquility and beauty. I spent months on this property and with every passing week it only improved. If you are looking to get away from the insane stress of today's world we'r looking for a place to heal this is the perfect property. Some of these reviews have complaints about no TVs in the rooms but those people are missing the entire point of the inn. I strongly encourage all of you to spend a week at this property

We had a wonderful experience staying here. The setting is quaint and beautiful. The rooms and facility is kept immaculately clean. The style is not modern, and the building is historic, however many updates have been made. The manager Kayla was wonderful. When we arrived, at my own fault I had booked 2 rooms that were listed together but didn’t read the listing properly that they were not ajoining, but side by side. This made my kids nervous so I called her and asked if there was a different room/rooms to switch to and without hesitation she switched us to a different room. Both rooms were very cute and clean. The check in and out process is very easy. The beds were very comfortable. We’re doing a road trip and this was our favorite stay!

Convenience to the mountain was great but I was very disappointed after booking the “family room” to find out at 10pm it was two completely separate rooms and the “private bath” was just another door off the same hallway. As a family traveling with two young children I wouldn’t recommend it. I’ve double checked all the booking details and nowhere saw this information.

Was unable to contact when I had breakdown and was unable to make my reservation. On top of that they expect you to follow their rules and I only received my check in information after I messaged at 1:30 the morning of my reservation instead of the day before. Was passed from a call center to another number then to another number.from there I was passed back to the previous number or the call center . What should have been a 2 minute call was instead 2 hours of aggravation with their only concern being keep the money. I've seen air bnb run from another state run better than this.absolutely abysmal experience and I have severed business relations with Expedia over this for their part in this fiasco.

Received response hour after check out information when I never got to check in.
