First and foremost, if you are looking to go on a vacation, honeymoon, or get away weekend, Brightside is the company to do it with! They have now planned and escorted me on a few different trips and made traveling such a breeze. They accompanied my mother and I in Spain and Portugal and provided the full itinerary of each day and made it very stress free. Handling all the tickets for venues, plane rides and hotels was truly amazing. Couldn’t recommend anyone else other than Brightside to plan your trip! Very personable and are willing to work with you on any idea you have in mind!

My son and I booked our trip and every detail was planned perfectly by Jacob & Carley. We learned so much about making the most of our time away through preplanning and advance ticketing so there are no waiting times and waisted time trying to see everything! Carley and Jacob helped Kristine and I plan a one week trip to San Francisco, and I think this was the smoothest trip we have taken to date! They booked us into a really nice hotel that was convenient to restaurants, Fisherman's Wharf, cable car and streetcar and bus stops, and lots of attractions. They set us up with the Hop-On Hop-Off bus, tickets to Alcatraz, rental car, and more. Everything was smooth, no hang ups, everything in perfect order. They also shared local knowledge with us about the city that better prepared us to more fully enjoy our time there, including our trip to Sonoma and Napa. Jacob and Carley were always prompt and efficient addressing any concerns or questions we had, and we appreciated their responsiveness.
Can't say enough about these guys. Nice people individually, and consummate travel professionals. 10 out of a possible 10.
(PS...they also arranged for postcard picture weather all week!)

I enjoyed my trip, but communication was almost non-existent. If you are disabled make sure you can actually get to the tours you want & enjoy them. Our Seine river cruise was impossible to get to (20+ steps) and when we called Jacob nothing was done to refund this important part of our trip.
