Originally checked in and it said pets were allowed and also checkout was 11 am. Finally got there; both my husband and I were exhausted from moving across state and just needed a place to rest, shower, and refresh. Young lady at check in rudely tells me knowing and expecting us as per booking tells me the opposite of what I expected; First no pets, and second, checkout is at 10 am. Husband argued pet issue but we did not receive the same courtesy as per our booking agreement saying 11 am checkout; they wouldn’t budge on the 10 am. My advice, keep driving until you find something better, I know we will on our next trip.

I do not recommend it. We have been going there for at least 15 to 20 years and every time we were treated superbly and the rooms were nice and clean and the previous Owner was fantastic. Under the new management, the prices have gone haywire and nothing has been done to the place. We rented three rooms and they were dirty. Our room the air conditioning vents were filthy and there was mold in the bathroom on the ceiling and the walls. I complained but they said very little and said sorry.

This place IS awful. Dirty, mold on ceiling, smelled like smoke and old boots. Must be new management. My husband wanted to leave.

Zero stars!!!!! Owners suck! Very rude and got violently angry when I wanted to check out right after checking in. Room was disgusting and looked like a vacuum hadn’t touched it in a long time. Bathroom floor was gross and had blood spots and the bedding had crumbs all over it. Mirrors were so dirty. And the lady kept swearing on her God and her mother that she was just in there and cleaned it. Horrible horrible horrible

Paid for a week in a room the room was okay after 3 days got moved to a room where every window was broke, every dresser drawer was broke and off track, holes in the wall, the trim on the door was just hanging like someone kicked in the door, the curtains on the wall were only hanging by one nail, mouse traps everywhere in the room, housekeeping did not come down at all the entire week will never stay there again

Thought I'd help the "small business". But me in the A$$!!! This was one of the nastiest places that I have ever been to. Rented 5 rooms and one bathroom ceiling was covered in black mold. 2 others smelled of heavy cigarette smoke. Was given 2 other rooms to look at, one of which reaked of marijuana. Was told No Refund for any reason!! Still running off of the excellent reputation of the previous owner! New owners are SCAM ARTISTS claiming to want to make a better life in America. Not the way to do it!!! Ended up getting rooms in West Bend. DO NOT RENT ROOMS FROM THE BONNE BELLE!!!!!

Great staff, cute motel. They definitely care and take care of their guest's. We had an extended stay. Very comfortable and nice place to stay.||I would recommended this motel to others in need a quick rest or extended. Not like the usual motel. Very good ownership, that care for their guest's needs, safety, and comfort.

Great place to stay. The whole family is Very warm and accommodating!!. We stayed for several months with fair pricing and weekly cleaning and very friendly staff! Thanks sue.. you will be missed !!!
