I haven't really dealt with this business in depth due to the ongoing Covid fiasco, but I did drop by to ask a few questions.
The woman I spoke with, Shawn, was very friendly and took the time to answer a few questions...even though I didn't have an appointment and she was on her way to show a unit.
Based on this, I think my future interactions with them will be more than satisfactory.

The rules are honestly quite simple and lienient. Pay your rent, and mind the property/ neighbors and there will be absolutely zero issues. Have heard people bash on Bcha, but really I disagre. All the ladies in the office are very nice and understanding, and Austin and the matenance crew are super cool, very hard workers. Everyone at bcha is very easy to get along with, just follow the simple rules in the handbook you are given upon signing of your lease. I am very thankful for the team of great people that allow me to have my nice warm, and cozy apartment. Thanks guys! Happy holidays!
