A message to Bond County Court, Bond County State Attorney,
I (Shandye Lampkins) have taken five psych evaluation for Bond County Court. The first phych evaluation was taken at Chestnut mental health inpatient in Granite City Illinois. The psych evaluation that was done inpatient at Chestnut took 28 days and that psych evaluation is done by Chestnut determined that I am in my right mind. Furthermore, I had been going to Chestnut prior to the psych evaluation, for over a year. But Bond County Court rejected that psych evaluation and sent me to Dr. Cuneo a psychologist in Belleville, IL. Dr. Cuneo determined that I need to be placed in a state hospital for two years after he performed a psych evaluation. Dr Cuneo evaluation was not relevant compared to Chestnut, because Chestnut have done many psych evaluation on me. I was sent to Dr Cuneo three different times for the same psych evaluation. Then I am sent to another psychologist and it is determined that I was not in my right mind at the times that I called 911 in Greenville, but I am sain now.
I ask that this case be considered a miss trial. My respiratory system was damaged beyond repair and I called 911 in Greenville Illinois in an attempt to stop the poisoning. But now I can't work as an underwater Welder because the Greenville Illinois police, Bond county state attorney, and Bond county court refused to protect me and bring justice.

Voice-to-skull is advanced technology that was invented in the 1960 for our military use against the enemies of the United States of America. Great technology it indeed is. Practically every police department is using thus type of advanced technology against criminals. But a mistake has been made. Anyone with power and money can get there hands on advanced microwave Frequencies technology and has breached security against our military base in Illinois by enemies listing in on top secret information.
Why hasn't a security system been put in place to stop the use of advanced technologies that is meant to protect our government and the people? This type of technology is detectable, as long as it is turned on. I suggest that security of our government and the people be put first. I know that this advanced technology is being used against us. We can stop it by waking up to reality.
(PS please note that I was being seen by Chestnut because I lost two of my children. But I had made progress of overcoming a broken heart, to the point that I was preparing to go offshore to work. This progress documented at Chestnut, prior to me complaining about being poison in Greenville, Illinois. )

Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be thy Name, thy kingdom come, thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread. And forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil.
God, I humbly come to you in prayer and ask that you forgive me for my sins. God, my family and I are being hurt, surveillance, gain stalked, harassed, and gassed by people who we never harmed. I ask you God for favor and deliverance. Give us protection from this awful attack on our lives.
God, the attackers have bragged via Voice-to-skull that they will take over our government. The attackers have bragged about killing at least nine police officers and killed more than one hundred people. Including my sister and nephew the bragged about killing.The attackers even bragged about kidnapping and raping children. God do not allow me to be put to shame. You said in your Holy Word that you won't allow my enemies to put me to shame, you said that you won't ever leave me, nor forsake me, you said that you go before me to prepare a way. God use me to bring justice for me and many others and put our enemies to shame.
