We booked a 3 hour tour with Boat Tahoe before arriving in Tahoe. Zach was a great tour guide and gave us the perfect mix of sightseeing and fun. In fact we had a such a great time we booked again for our last day in town. It is such a great way to appreciate South Lake Tahoe. We feel like family now and can’t wait to come back to Tahoe and book with Boat Tahoe again!!

If you’re ever at Lake Tahoe, get with them! Our recent experience with Boat Tahoe was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we boarded their well-maintained and comfortable boat, we were greeted with warm hospitality and professionalism by Zack. The knowledgeable guide provided fascinating insights into the lake’s history, geology, and wildlife, making the tour both educational and enjoyable.

The highlight was undoubtedly the breathtaking scenery—crystal-clear waters, majestic mountains, cabins, emerald bay and hidden coves and cliffs that are best appreciated from the water. The tour was well-paced, allowing ample time for photos and even just relaxing in the refreshing lake. Safety was clearly a priority, with thorough briefings and life jackets provided.

A unique highlight of our tour was our guide’s enthusiasm for drones just as much as us. As an avid fan, he shared his passion with us and even gave us the opportunity to fly our drone over the lake. With his expert pointers, we captured some stunning aerial footage.

Lastly, Zack let my son play his choice of music the whole time we were on the boat and that was just the cherry on top of it all for my son.

Our boat tour was everything we could have asked for. Brandon was great showing us the beautiful parts of Lake Tahoe, took us tubing, and to some pretty epic rock jumping spots for the kids. Highly recommend!

My kids and I had the best time and had the best captain. Zack was so nice and good with my kids and even let us pick our own music making it feel really customized to us. We had the perfect day and will cherish the experience of seeing Lake Tahoe on a beautiful boat with someone who could answer all our questions and show us all the cool spots! We had an amazing time on our private boat cruise! Chad, our captain, was fantastic. He provided an excellent tour, explaining everything in detail while keeping the atmosphere light and fun with his great sense of humor.
