Blue Sky Rafting is amazing! For my 60th birthday, I wanted an adventure! Staying across from the Glenwood Springs Hot Springs Facility was a great start - but I wanted COLD water too! The staff at Blue Sky Rafting were exceptional—friendly, professional, and always ready to make sure everyone has a great time. The raft leaders are incredibly knowledgeable, keeping things safe while sharing interesting tidbits about the gorgeous landscape around the Colorado River.

The stretch of white water at the beginning was just right—not too challenging but still fun and exciting. It’s perfect for first-timers, kids, senior citizens, or anyone who might be nervous about white water rafting. More experienced rafters will still enjoy it, too! After the initial excitement, we spent the rest of the trip drifting down the river, catching some rays, and relaxing in the breathtaking scenery.

This was a fantastic experience from start to finish—perfect birthday and perfect for anyone looking for adventure and a little serenity all in one day. Highly recommend Blue Sky Rafting for an unforgettable day on the water!

We were visiting from Portland, OR and booked a trip. Our guide, Jake was awesome. He made the trip a lot of fun and helped us feel at ease. He amped up our group while rafting and provided a lot of local facts and pointed out wildlife. We will definitely be back and I recommend this if you’re looking for an adventure!

Had a small family vacation with family visiting me from home and they wanted to do a rafting trip so we did a full day, the staff and guides were friendly and very professional and made the trip as special as possible. Would highly recommend them for a rafting trip. Just remember to hydrate and sunscreen!

My dad and I had a great time on the half day mild raft adventure. It was a relaxing trip and the scenery was epic. Hannah was a fantastic guide (much better than Emily!). She told us and the others interesting facts about the area and stopped at a cool hot spring along the way. I definitely recommend and will be taking another trip with Blue Sky if I am ever back in Glenwood Springs.

Disclaimer: Don't actually know if there is an Emily that works here---if so, sorry, I'm sure you're a fantastic guide as well. We were told to blame you if we had a bad time 🙂

Had an awesome time. It was a solid three hours of action with the right amount of downtime, beautiful scenery, interesting background and stories about the various landmarks, wildlife, etc. Our guide, Tonto, kept the trip interesting and fun and interactive. The other guides and staff were friendly and helpful, and fun to be around. Could not have asked for a better experience. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

THEY ARE GOOD! Alec was our raft leader and what a sweetheart. He made the whole experience so much fun and was constantly talking to us about the various caves, mountains, history, wildlife etc that came along the 12 mile ride. He also provided us with suggestions for places to eat, things to do etc. We tried his restaurant suggestion in Glenwood springs and Boulder and both the places where AMAZING!

Alec if you read this, god bless you man. May you graduate with flying colors in your aerospace engineering course. The 2 raft leader Alec and the other girl (I forget her name) has envious strength and where full of life.

Had a great time! So pretty. Did the raft and kayak combo. Also hot springs on the sodes of the river was a nice surprise. Favorite place I have done white water rafting thus far. Thanks Ryan and Tanto!
