I get blue cab for medical rides and they either real early or super late. The cab are owner operators so a lot of them are nasty rude, there are only a handful that are nice sweet and go out of there way for the rider. There is only 1 dispatcher who cares and is the sweetest I always feel better when conversing with her and she gets results. If I had to choice a cab for any other service I would NEVER CALL THEM.

I scheduled a cab in advance, it didn't show up. I called them, they said they had nothing available.

They are usually pretty good.
But when I called them at 4:00 am, I was told that there were no CABs available.
I had to call Uber.

Excellent service! Booked a van for early morning airport drop off (4am). Driver was early, helped us load, and was incredibly patient with our party of 5 that included 2 babies, 2 car seats and multiple suitcases/strollers. Booked ahead on the app which was super easy and got a notification when the driver was on his way. Would use again in a heartbeat!

I’d like to use Blue Cab more often, instead of the ride-shares, but just need to remember to call 45-60 min in advance of the time I need to be picked up.

Honestly steer clear if you need to try and get somewhere with a reasonable amount of time. I had an emergency vehicle malfunction this morning and needed to get my teen to school. I called Blue Cab at 7:37 am. I waited about 20 mins in the rain, saw a bus coming and said forget it and jumped on. Tried calling the company to cancel and didn't get through. At 8:28 i got an automated text telling me the driver was on the way. Went to the site and of course couldn't cancel. At 8:38am the cab driver called me and said "I'm blue cab on the way." I said this was no longer needed as it was an hour. The driver then proceeded to get attitude with me to try and force me to take the ride because he was "there" i told him repeatedly he needs to cancel because my request was no longer needed. He was extremely rude and acted as if it was my fault he was an hour late.

Was i expecting immediate pickup? No not at all. But geez, an entire hour later on a rainy day? Especially when i live roughly 6 blocks from the cab company. Back to uber or lyft i go!!!

Overcharged me and 7 other handicapped veterans. Our trip was quoted at $18 each for two vans. But the drivers drove past our destination by two miles and change. Charging us $31 each car.

The return trip was worse. We waited 2 and a half hours and only one cab showed up. That driver refused to take two blind vets in his car that are on walkers. They are thieves for treating veterans like this just because they are blind.

Would give 0 stars if possible, the cab reeked of feces to the point where we had to have our windows open on the highway in 30 degree weather. The driver was also incredibly inappropriate in his conversations with us.

When we called to discuss the trip the operator proceeded to hang up on me once I stated I had a complaint.

I used to use Blue cab whenever I went to the airport but will now just be using Uber. Completely unacceptable all around.
