Outstanding site for the annual conference of 300+ professional managers. Plenty of space for keynote speakers at general sessions. The exhibitor area and workshop rooms were the perfect size. Very good food and refreshments. Overall, it was a great place for networking and learning!

We went to the restaurant inside (Jessie’s Grill) and we were pleasantly surprised by the food and especially the service. Our waiter Ricky went above and beyond to make our experience wonderful. We were very large party (with several children). The whole staff did their best to accommodate our needs. Also the pricing and portions were really good. Visiting from Chicago I was more than pleased with our final bill and the leftovers we had. It’s a bit hidden in the hotel, but definitely a gem. We will be back when we visit again.

The hotel staff was very friendly, there was always fresh water and coffee in the lobby. The rooms were nice and clean and the continental breakfast was good too. I really appreciated the how friendly the staff was as well. They offer valet and they were super friendly as well. I think the guys name was Teddy, he even helped me get my bags out of my car.

Honestly, I was pleasantly surprised at my stay in Normal at the Marriott. They were undergoing renovations but were very accommodating and gracious in their offerings. I was able to have a complementary cheese tray and wine brought up to my room and room service came around to offer goodies sort of like a turn down service. My room size was large and very cleanly. Would recommend this location to anybody traveling in the area and you can't beat the location!

My stay in Normal, IL was exceptional, the check-in process was easy and the front desk staff were polite and friendly. In particular, the dining area was clean and the food was well-cooked and delicious. All of the hosts gave us a warm greeting and met all of our needs with anticipation. We are extremely happy we chose this location and would highly recommend you choosing it for your next stay. We will certainly plan this location again in the near future. Was in town for a convention at this hotel. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. Especially Andrea who assisted me with checking in and out. She was helpful and knowledgeable. I was pleasantly surprised by how clean the room was. It was spacious and comfortable. Parking was across from the hotel in a garage but there was a bridge on the second floor. I used the workout room and it met my needs. I only wish there was free breakfast. I did walk across the street to Starbucks . Overall, I would stay again and would recommend.

My review is specific to the concierge lounge and the fantastic staff there- I recently stayed for a conference, and every time I stopped by for a bite the employees went above and beyond for us. Brad in particular was so helpful- he even wrapped a plate for my boss, who was running late and going to miss breakfast. Can't say enough about how pleasant they made the experience!
