I can't speak highly enough about the exceptional service provided by the Bloom Wine Tour team! From the moment I contacted Ben, I knew we were in for a unique, customized experience like no other. Ben took the time to chat with me to truly understand what our group hoped to achieve on our day out in the vineyards. This thorough discussion was followed by a detailed questionnaire for each household, allowing Bloom to craft an itinerary that was perfectly tailored to our tastes and interests, ensuring every moment of our trip was special.

On the day of our wine tour, we met Dave, our driver extraordinaire! With four wineries scheduled for the day, Dave took the time to run us through our itinerary and what to expect. Each stop on our tour was marked by a level of connection and intimacy that only a bespoke concierge service like Bloom can provide. At two stops, it was us and the winemaker, sitting around a table in their tasting area discussing and tasting their exquisite wines. At the other two stops, we enjoyed private areas with dedicated staff members, allowing us to relax and savor each moment together. Despite our ambitious schedule, we never felt rushed and were always well cared for.

Our group of eight adults just returned from the MOST wonderful trip to Napa/Sonoma, all put together by Ben Bloom and his team. The wineries he chose and booked were incredible, even the order that he lined them up for us showed great thoughtfulness. His relationships with the many wine makers in the area were apparent, and we loved feeling supported every minute we were in the area. It really came to play when one of our couple's flights was entirely rerouted (to Denver!) and they ended up having to fly into a different city, late our first night. Ben's team didn't miss a beat, and sent a second driver two hours away to pick them up.
We had Mario for most of the week in their largest Sprinter van (completely comfortable and in great shape) and he was fantastic, came with a cooler of waters and drinks, chargers, even a bottle of sparkling wine in case someone needed a little more, lol. He also had a magic "Wedding Planner" case of anything and everything a person could possibly need. The "mom" in me felt quite at ease knowing everyone's needs were covered, lol. He was funny and engaged with us the perfect amount...definitely added to the enjoyment of our day.
We met Dave, a second driver when our friends needed an emergency ride from a different airport and enjoyed him as well! Also had his own bag of "preparedness" and was polite, kind, and accommodating. I felt confident knowing he was familiar with the dark mountain roads, vs. just calling a random Uber.
As the point person for our group, I really appreciated the support from Bloom Wine Tours in making, tweaking and confirming dinner reservations as well as their expertise in booking our winery visits. It was wonderful to have someone caring for the details and making sure you get to where you need to be in a timely, safe manner.
Truly, worth every penny.

We also took advantage of the option to include chauffeuring service and met professional drivers like Frank and Daniel who were knowledgeable and informative. We always felt very safe with either of them behind the wheel. Bloom Wine Tours exceeded our expectations and set the bar high for all other travel concierge services.

Recently had the pleasure of using Bloom Wine Tours and must brag up Mario, our shuttle driver/tour guide extraordinaire. He is a class act. His approachability and professionalism did not go unnoticed. I was with a rambunctious group and their karaoke renditions and boisterous conversations had little affect on Mario. He was considerate, placing water in our drink holders after each wine tasking. I'm prone to motion sickness and after one of our stops, I returned to my seat to find Dramamine. The shuttle was clean and super spacious. I felt comfortable leaving my safety in the hands of Mario and Bloom Wine Tours. If you get a chance to book with them, don't pass it up.
