The sail, paddle, & snorkel is a MUST do adventure!

Our tour had 6 people + our captain, which made it a nice intimate experience at Biscayne National Park.

Captain Clayton was great at answering questions & telling us certain things/wild life we saw during our tour.

The tour starts with a sail, then once we got to our spot - the inflatable kayaks were put in the water (we took our snorkel gear with us). We explored the mangroves by paddle and then snorkeling. We saw different kinds of fish paddling & snorkeling.

While snorkeling Clayton took us through a mangrove tunnel.

After the paddle and snorkel, we sailed back to the dock.

I typically get a little nauseous on a boat, so was a little nervous. Not once did I get sea sick! The water was really calm.

The sailing part of the tour was scenic and just a nice calm way to enjoy the surroundings.

Can’t recommend this excursion enough!

Great boardwalk to enjoy, along with a mangrove stretch to walk. A small indoor educational display. Water fun rentals and trips and a gift shop.

We did the sailboat, snorkel tour. The weather wasn’t great but our captain still made sure we had a great time. The snorkeling was just ok. I’ve been snorkeling a lot so wasn’t too impressed but still enjoyed the day.

This is a big NP but 95% is under water. The visitors center is small and clean while being insightful as well. The park offers snorkeling, kayaking and sailing trips. There is a beautiful walking trail about 1/2 mile long that has stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean and daytown Miami. You need about 2 hours to see everything unless you are taking one of the trips that leave from the visitors center.

Free national park. An easy mile-long board walk. 90% of the park is under water. To really explore the park, you need to take boat tours organized National Park Institute, associated with nps. Book early as they tend to fill up and arrive early.

Went snorkeling with the team at park, extremely pleasant experience! Caption is cool and the trip is fun despite the not so ideal weather. Would recommend the afternoon session during winter season so it's much warmer. They have all kinds of events so definitely worth the visit and recommended!

Biscayne National Park is a beautiful and unique destination! There’s no entry fee, which is a great bonus. The park has two main areas: the mainland section in Homestead, Florida, which is accessible by car, and the northernmost keys, which can only be reached by boat. I didn’t take the boat to the keys, but the car-accessible area was wonderful.

It was quite busy during my visit, with many families gathering and enjoying cookouts, adding a lively atmosphere. The park offers kayak rentals for exploring the ocean, a nice walking path, and several great spots for fishing. The visitor center is well-maintained and informative, and the restrooms are conveniently located on the first floor of the two-story building and are handicap accessible.

Overall, it’s a very nice park with plenty to do and see, whether you’re looking to relax or get active on the water. Highly recommend for a day of outdoor fun and exploration!

As a local, I love eating my lunch at biscayne national park and enjoying the breeze and the view. In clear days you can even spot miami! I love looking at the water and spotting all the little critters. Very calm and well maintained free park.
