First, I have to start by saying that this was the best experience that I have ever had with a taxi service!!

My driver was so accommodating to me and the fact that I use a wheelchair, he had absolutely no problems loading and unloading it for me.

I'm not from the area but after I had called him he stayed in touch with me the whole time I was waiting to be picked up via text to keep me updated.

He came in a timely manner, such a nice person, not rude at all, we had a nice conversation the whole way to my destination.

Very professional! I would suggest this taxi service to anyone who is in the area!

I scheduled ahead of time for Bird to give a ride. He blocked off a majority of his day to accommodate this ride. When the pick up didn't go according to plan, he was very accommodating and remained available. He was punctual and polite. I enjoyed working with Bird, and will definitely use his services for taxi rides in his area again.

Amazing service! I had a ride cancel on me last minute and he was able to get me to the train just in time. I’m not sure what I would have done if I hadn’t called Birds Got It. I’ve had everything go wrong these past couple days, so it made me pretty happy that he helped me get on my train on time. If I need a ride again, I know who to call now.

Very friendly driver! Amazing rates, responded to call fast and always on call 24/7. Prices were very reasonable and the best in the area. Very respectable and made the ride comfortable and enjoyable. Highy recommend for in-town rides or out of town rides was round trip price not one-way price. He even helped carry in our bags. Definitely recommended, for any and all services, extremely surprised with entire service and would rate 5 stars all day!!!

The first thing that I will inform anyone about my experience, is that the driver is very responsive and respectful of his clients needs, along with chatty conversation. The driver is simply and commonly known as BIRD. I have required his transportation services only a few times. I understand that he has had quite a few setbacks most recently, but it seems to me that even a rough road will not detour him on his mission to provide dependable, timely, and affordable services when and where he is needed.
My conclusion is this:
HIS CLIENTS COME FIRST.

The only driver available on a Saturday night but he was very quick to pick us up, really cool to talk to, and he even remembered to come pick us up again when the bar closed up without having to call again and stopped at Taco Bell on the way to the hotel. Absolutely will be calling again next time I’m in Effingham.
