Bill himself is a wonderful agent! Personally he gets 5 stars, he is very professional yet friendly and takes the time to explain everything to you. I would have given five stars above but being an agent with State Farm knocks him down one star. I don't know how good State Farm is in other areas but in far Northern California they're roadside service is unreliable. I've called them twice for roadside service, once they didn't have a truck available due to a major winter storm and then the other time they were very busy and they didn't have the regular provider they offered to send me a provider but they will be coming from Redding area and an expected wait time of about 3 hours, also I'd have to pay out-of-pocket for any charges and be reimbursed. I ended up just taking the bus to local AutoZone and getting a new battery and installing it into my car myself so at that point what was the point of even having roadside service? They really need to work on that, like maybe they could have their own truck up here in REAL Northern California or help subsidize a contract tow/service location in the center of this very rural and lowly populated area of Cali. BUT AGAIN, BILL IS GREAT!
